“Check in was easy. Person running the VRBO very kind and responsive. There was a year round camper at the pool that screamed and cursed at our 10 year old for being on the rope. It was a huge overreaction and surely didn’t match the offense. Another lady tried to smooth it over but it was too late. It ruined the entire families night. “Outlets were sparking when you plugged things in. Light kept going out in desk. Staff needs to better control unruly children destroying property in the game area. Wedding party was out of control. One guy was drunk and passed out, members from party put him on luggage rack and wheeled him around, neither staff member even cared to address these issues. “Breakfast was great (and early), pool area looked clean but the hot tub smelled bad. New washer & dryer, which we needed to use. Room & bathroom were clean! Front desk staff was not always around, we left without checking out and when checking in, the person was a bit all over the place as their shift just started and no one else was around.”
