Welcome to Ptoobie's Place! Adorable lakefront cottage with covered electric lift boat dock! Completely renovated and ready for summer fun. Two bedrooms and a third sleeping loft. The loft is COZY! Full kitchen. Gas stove, microwave, coffee maker with coffee pot and Kcup availability. Bathroom with soaking tub/shower combo. Complimentary tea, coffee and welcome snacks await your arrival. Relaxing water front views! Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The new 24 X 14 ft deck is perfect for relaxing and taking in views of the lake!!

The cottage is very cozy! We spent a day at Mad River Mountain and the rest of our time here. We brought a lot of games along, but Cyndi had chess and a few others there too. She decorated for Valentine's Day for us, left amazingly tasteful cupcakes, and even special stuff for our pet that came along! The kids loved the loft! The mattress up there is especially nice too! She left us some firewood for the fireplace, which was so nice, but I wish we had thought to bring some extra from home too. So, maybe that is good tip for someone else who may read this. :) She had tons of pillows and extra blankets too. All very comfy and cozy! She was very responsive when we needed her. Seems to be a very sweet lady and we very much appreciated that.

The cottage was well decorated and welcoming. Cyndi went above and beyond to make us feel at home by leaving a welcome sign, treats and a ball and treats for our dog. She was quick to answer questions and resolve any issues we had. We enjoyed our time at the lake! This fishing was amazing!

Very nice convenient house by the lake. Great deck for relaxing and looking at the lake. House has everything you need and the host was amazing. Very good communication and easy to work with. Her brownies were a nice bonus. Definitely would go back and stay again.

Quaint home short distance to boat dock which we used regularly. Very nice that the dock has electric. Absolutely loved that our pup could join us. The outside deck allows lake view. The bath & shower are fine for active folks. As there is no wall or support it was unusable for grandma

Wonderful hospitality

Cyndi always takes wonderful care of us! The anniversary treats were delicious and very much appreciated. The property is adorably decorated, very clean, with great views & is cozy and relaxing!! Fun weekend on the lake

Cyndi's place at Indian Lake was a great stay while we were using our family's boat. Super close to great coffee, groceries, gas and amenities. The little kiddos loved the bunk bed. too! Great host.
