This luxurious lodge is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a spacious open floor plan across three levels. Lakeville Lodge is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring central A/C and heating with four temperature zones. Enjoy a serene atmosphere while being mindful of neighbors, as outdoor noise monitors are in place to maintain tranquility.



Well-behaved dogs are welcome on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. A minimum age requirement of 25 years old applies, with exceptions for families with children. The lodge accommodates a maximum of 10 overnight guests and 15 total day guests, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.



We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible. Lakeville Lodge is conveniently located 100 miles from NYC and 2.5 hours from Philadelphia.

Getting Around:

Lakeville Lodge is located 100 miles from NYC, a short 2 hour car ride. We are 2.5 hours from Philadelphia.



Other Things to Note:

We love to keep our property in pristine condition. In order to do so, we ask you to pick between two property protection options for your stay. A fully refundable security deposit of $999 or a damage waiver of $39. A link will be sent post-booking to complete.



Well-behaved dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee.

Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.

Parking is limited to 7 cars, No RVs.

Per local regulations, we are restricted to an overnight guest maximum of 10 guests and 15 total day guests.

Rental agreement required before stay and will be sent post booking.
