“Location is great. Room in good size with everything you need while being in good condition and clean. Only two negatives really: 1. Close to none sound proofing, you can hear your neighbours or hallway conversations without an issue. And they will hear everything you do. 2. Parking is a bit overpriced with $15 + taxes per night.
