“The host was super welcoming and very responsive during our stay. We had a fun time, but the house is in need of a serious deep cleaning and basic maintenance. You can tell the house has been rented a lot due to wear and tear on walls, doors, and furniture. Many basic household items are past their prime and in need of replacement. ”

“When i got there, at first glance, the room looked and smelled really good until i got to the bathroom. The toilet and shower were not cleaned from the last people who stayed because there was poop stains in the toilet and hair in the shower drain and a dried up soap bar on the ledge of the shower. The garbage had used Q tips and kleenex left in it. It was gross.”

“The cottage was very attractive from the outside and the inside. Big trees around the property and one entrance had a handicapped ramp which was very helpful to me with mobility issues. The inside was extremely clean and well organized. Large free-standing fireplace and attractive furnishings. The big kitchen/dining room had plenty of space for a family. “This is an outstanding rental in a very petty area. It’s located very close to an awesome supper club (Maiden Lake) in addition to a grocery store, etc. You can walk from the cottage to an estuary where there is great birding —tons of Warblers, Waxwings, Kingbirds etc. The property is extremely clean and has upscale offerings. “This is a beautiful house and property, located in a quiet location. The house was clean and had everything we needed to host a small family gathering. The lake was a bit weedy so not ideal for swimming or fishing from the pier, but the kayaks allowed us to get out on the lake. We also enjoyed the ping pong table and fire pit. Renee was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this property!”
