“The air conditioning was not working properly and we had temperatures over 33C.
The lounge and restaurant were absolutely boiling hot. The bedroom was hot, I complained and they said nothing could be done.
I find it extremely difficult when you pay a high rate and don’t have the basis working.
Other than this, it’s a nice hotel, great amenities in the bathroom, including a powerful and modern hairdryer.”
