YUKTI HOUSE - Pretty house near the beach

This charming Breton house is adjacent to the owner's pottery workshop. The dishes, lamps and some accessories were also handmade by the owner. As you enter the house, you will discover a warm atmosphere thanks to this interior where wood is predominant.



You enter through a spacious kitchen, open to the living room with its pretty wood stove. On the ground floor you will also find a laundry room and a WC.

Going upstairs, you arrive on the landing where a pleasant reading corner is installed and which serves the 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom with 2 single beds will charm you with its magnificent exposed beams. The second bedroom is ideal for a child with its mezzanine bed. The 3rd bedroom is a master suite, composed of a 160x200 bed and its pretty open bathroom. The last bedroom is composed of a 140x190 double bed. On this floor you will also find a bathroom equipped with a bath and a separate toilet.



Outside, you can enjoy a magnificent wooded and enclosed garden, including a pretty orchard. You can also enjoy a pleasant sheltered terrace for lunch or dinner.



The little extras that you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist places to visit!



Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most tourist places in the Pays d'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (possible departure from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or in the Sainte Marguerite dunes, visit Pointe Saint Matthieu, the castle of Kergroadès, or the museum of navy in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, The Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts...

For children you will also find nearby: the 3 parish priest's school (theme park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).

For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are nearby. For those who play golf, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.

Smokers are allowed but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Animals are welcome there.
