“Friendly staff, broken window so didn't sleep well in the night due to outside noise! this was a family room and we had two children who also struggled to sleep. the shower head in the bathroom broken so drenched the whole room.
Swimming pool and breakfast where good.”

“The Savoy is a mixture of good and bad. The public rooms are beautiful with a lot of original features. Our suite at first glance looked fresh and clean but on closer inspection the bathroom was quite dirty. The bath at some time was a Jacuzzi but this no longer functioned as such. The tiles on the bathroom floor were incredibly slippery - we had to lay towels over the entire floor. We would have liked bath robes to be available.
