I stayed at the same hotel brand in Miami and had a good experience with the room quality, so I chose this hotel in Lancaster. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient, but the room conditions were poor. The soundproofing was extremely bad—I could hear doors slamming, neighbors talking, and children running upstairs all night. The blackout curtains did not fully close, and a bright parking lot light shone directly into the room, making it hard to sleep.
The TV remote was broken. When I entered the room, the TV was already on and could not be turned off, muted, or have the channel changed. Although staff replaced it, the problem returned later, and I had to unplug the TV to get some quiet. There were no USB outlets, and the bedding felt old.
Good service, but outdated rooms ruined the experience.
