Recently renovated, Our home is located in the heart of Lancaster county and in the perfect location to see all that it has to offer. Within minutes of local attractions like the Sight & Sound Theater, Strasburg Railroad, Kitchen Kettle Village, Buggy rides, Dutch Wonderland and many more. There are also many unique restaurants & cafe's that you will want to experience while you are visiting the area.

Our home consists of a full kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & the living room with a samsung TV.

*The kitchen has all new appliances including fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave and is fully stocked with supplies. There is a live edge wood bar with 4 barstools between the kitchen and common space that has a dining table with 4 dining chairs.
*2 bedrooms with queen beds in each are located on the first floor and 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each are on the second floor.
*A full bathroom is located on both the 1st and 2nd floor.
*The garage is open to use and the washer and dryer are located in the back of the garage.
Bring the whole family to enjoy the space, the large backyard and all that Lancaster has to offer.

*Free parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles.

NOTE: there is an old wood burning fireplace in the common space area that is not in working condition. Please do not try to start a fire in the fireplace.
Hey There. We cant wait to host you during your stay. However we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our house [ we take a lot of pride in it ] and to make sure we keep our neighbors happy.
[ 1 ] The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. $50. Per person a day or Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
[ 2 ] No parties, No loud music, No boisterous behavior.
[ 3 ] Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules Section.
[ 4 ] Renters agree to not contact Host until they have read the house Manuel. Will be sent 2 days before arrival.
[ 5 ] Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $500. fee.
{ 6 } Unless previously agreed upon Host , there is a $50.late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100./ for each hour thereafter.
[ 7 ] No pets allowed. $400. Fine if rule is broken.
[ 8 ] If by your Fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheming conflict with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing the discount or refund, per guest.
[ 9 ] Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for immediate eviction with no refund, this will result in a $500 Penalty additional to any applicable fees.
[ 10 ] Any missing/damaging items guest are responsible to pay the cost. If any windows or doors are left open after the guest leaves there will be a 250$ charge.
[ 11 ] Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agreed to the house rules.
