“We visited the hotel with two young children and had a room with two queen beds. The room was recently updated and looked very nice. Products in the bathroom were great, spacious room, huge plus for a large fridge, coffee maker and ice machine. The pool was heated and large, we had lots of fun! All staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly! Location wise you just can’t beat it, especially at this price. We enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable and convenient with kids!”

“The room was large with a king bed and fold out couch. Bathrobes in the closet were a nice touch. We had the adult pool & jacuzzi all to ourselves for most of the morning. The River, with many dining options, is close enough to walk to (we drove because it was 106 degrees). The front desk gives out free ice cream. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Check in was easy and pleasant. ”

“Best part about the hotel is that it is centrally located in downtown Palm Springs and Pet friendly. Staff was very friendly and pool area had a great vibe! Two small complaints but would not deter me from staying there again
.music during the day at the pool needs to be updated and more mainstream music. My car was valet in an open lot next to the hotel with no coverings for three days, should be underground parking when it’s 100 plus and it’s included in resort fee so you don’t have an option...
