Start and return on skis: this residence, located less than 5 minutes walk from shops and on the slopes offers quality apartments with beautiful views. The access is by car to unload the luggage and there is a free and covered communal car park within 100 meters. The entry level 0 is accessible to people with reduced mobility because it leads directly to the elevators.
Attention lifts do not serve some floors and it is necessary to take the stairs for some apartments (contact us).

Triplex of 70m2, on the 2nd floor of a residence with lift, located on the edge of the slopes.
It is composed of a living room with kitchen open onto a large balcony with a west view, a dath room with separate toilet. 1 bedroom with a double bed.
On the 1st floor, there is a sleeping area with bunk beds and 1 bedrooms with double bed. 1 shower room with toilet.
A 3rd floor with 2 single beds.
WARNING : the floor is less than 1.80m high.

Equipments : Dishwasher, fridge, oven, . Television.
Rented with a ski locker.

Sleeps :2 double beds and 1 set of bunk beds. 2 single beds.

Sanitary : 1 sower room with toilets. 1 bathroom with separated toilet.
Free outdoor public parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost.
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices. You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
