The home is a contemporary construction, completed in 2019. The open-plan living space features a cozy living room adorned with a gas fireplace, perfect for guests to unwind and relax. Having a car will greatly enhance your ability to explore the Berkshires effectively. Winter guests will need 4wd/Awd to access the property, but not studded snow tires. The driveway is long and rather steep.
LOCATION: Lanesborough is a quiet, rural community. There are horses next door, visible from the home.
PETS: A dog may be allowed with owner approval. Reach out with info about your pet prior to booking. A $100 pet fee will be incurred upon pet approval and booking. No multiples.
PARKING: Free parking on premises.
POOL: Pool is open and heated May - September, weather permitting. If booking in early May or anytime after Sept 30th, please inquire with management to confirm availability of the pool. There are 2 doors off the kitchen that will allow you access to the backyard pool. The doors have an alarm for safety, and must remain closed after the guest passes through to the pool. There is a fence around the pool area, but there is no fence or gate between the kitchen doors and the pool - guests will need to monitor small children at all times for safety.
