“Air conditioning did not work properly. Notified staff that we were leaving after a miserable first night. Staff member stated that there is no refunds for remainder of the stay. Then after consideration stated we would be refunded however it never happened. This place is a dump. There are several other nicer hotels in the area. I recommend you pick anyone but this one.”

“Honestly, I was very disappointed with this stay. As soon as I walked into the room, it smelled dirty, and it looked like the room was only halfway cleaned. The couch was EXTREMELY dirty and honestly looked like it needed to be replaced, not just cleaned. The balcony screen door was also ridiculously hard to open and close.
I immediately asked for a different room, but of course the hotel was completely booked that weekend, so I was stuck with it.

“Unfortunately, I will not stay at this hotel ever again or any of their chain hotels. At almost $400 a night a lot more should be included and the bathroom. Should be bigger than 2 x 2. I booked this hotel for the convenience of Sesame Place but it was extremely expensive and I did not mind paying the price because of a convenience, but I just felt a lot more should’ve been added. There are absolutely no amenities in your room there’s not even a microwave in the room there’s a tea pot coffee...

“Great stay with the entire family. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. This hotel was super close to Sesame place. It was perfect!! Plus they have many things nearby including Dunkin, the casino and the mall. The staff here is amazing. They gave us early check-in since we traveled with a baby and dog, and that meant everything to us. In addition, they were very helpful and kind. Perfect stay for a family getaway! Will be back soon!!”
