THE FARMHOUSE
Built in 1936 and restored well enough to win an award for it. A fireplace in the living room and a second
in the primary. All four bedrooms are together on the lower level, so the whole main floor — kitchen, long
table, living room, sunroom — is for the gathering, and the kids can be asleep while it's still going. Sleeps
eight.

THE COTTAGE
Its own door, its own parking: a queen room, a bunk room, a full bath and a full kitchen. Sleeps five. Included from nine guests — or add it to any booking and the whole place is yours.

THE BARN LOUNGE
Past the stalls, a lounge under a chandelier: bar top, stools, deep sofas, room for the card game that runs
late. Included with every farmhouse stay — bring your own drinks and keep the volume where the cottage
can't hear it.

FALL AND WINTER HERE
Thanksgiving with everyone at one table. Christmas with both fires going. Fort Langley's shops, river walk
and Cranberry Festival fifteen minutes north; Langley's wineries fifteen minutes the other way. A pumpkin patch in October and a cut-your-own tree farm in December, five minutes up the road. Glow Langley's Christmas lights, about fifteen minutes. Abbotsford's airport, twenty-five.

SHOW SEASON (May to August)
Thunderbird Show Park is a kilometre up 72nd Avenue. Two stalls, a 220 × 120 arena and two full-service RV pads for guests who travel with horses — arranged before you book.

HOW IT BOOKS
Nine or more and the whole estate is yours — farmhouse, cottage, barn lounge, the lot. Eight or fewer and you have the farmhouse, outdoor kitchen, barn lounge, fire pits and all sixty-six acres; add the cottage for the whole place to yourselves, or we may offer it to one small party for your dates — own door, own
parking, never your side of the yard.
