This house is spectacularly modern, clean and well equipped. It has so many extras I would be afraid to start to list them all. Two full bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, a beautiful sunroom, a huge backyard with playground equipment and a fire pit. The host was wonderful. You can’t go wrong here. The only semi-negative I can even think of is that it is quite a ways to the water, however it’s a very quick drive. But it’s around a 350 feet walk to the water. I only mentioned this because if you have older people with mobility issues, they will not be able to easily walk back-and-forth through the path through the woods to the water. You would have to drive to the water. The private dock however is wonderful and has a swing. The owner even let us use his kayaks. Very pleased.

Kitchen was fully equipped. This was our third stay for fishing the Big Bass Splash and home work well again. For us fishermen the cold water stocked in the frig and snacks were a treat. We didn't have to worry about picking up the little things. It was a great stay. To top it off my grandson won first place day one and third place day three in the little anglers with a 4.2 and 3.39lb bass. Then to top it off he put it on us three men by weighing in a 5.82 on day one for a second place one hour for 750. He was rubbing it in but didnt have too much more to say when I told him his winning had to pay his entry fee and room & board. lol. He help his pop out, lol, I like taking his winning. Hey, a great place for us fishermen, close location to boat ramp In South Sauty and across lake short ride Goose Pond. Guys with me are a thumbs up on this home. Thanks again for another great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of things for the kids to do and they enjoyed the play area in the backyard. The home was also furnished with outdoor toys for the kids. The kitchen and bathrooms were set up just like they would be in our own home and equipped with everything. We didn’t have to worry about forgetting anything - it was already there! The hosts were very nice and reached out to us before the stay. Home was extremely clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would love to stay here in the future.

It was our second stay at this home for our Guntersville 3 day fishing trip, same as before it was great. Great home. The pro's were staying in the neighborhood, we got to see Jacob Wheeler, fishing a tournament Ultimate Anglers.

The house & property was exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, which is always a plus! The house was clean. We only stayed 1 night, so unfortunately we didn’t really get to enjoy the grounds. Check-in & out…very easy. The host Holleigh…was very good about replying with any questions we had, & very pleasant to communicate with. We would not hesitate to stay here again, if ever in the area.

Loved the property, very easy access by road. The house was very clean, stocked with everything we could think of needing and decorated beautifully. It was the perfect setup for our family. Also enjoyed fishing off the dock and going for boat rides. We would definitely book this property again.

Awesome and charming

This was a real gem. The property and the house were immaculate Very clean and beautifully decorated Also they provided several extra ammenties from a snack basket filled with goodies to bottled water and coffee. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Our host Jason was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Only issue we had was the proximity to the lake. This property does not have a lake view and it is a 5 minute walk to get to the boathouse on the lake. The pictures on the website were a little decieving. But if you stick to the road and dont try to go through the property it is a nice walk. And Jason was kind enough to leave kayaks for us to use I would highly reccomend this property for a family retreat or a friends getaway

Clean house with lots of amenities

We have been coming to Lake Guntersville for years and this was a favorite property of ours. The cabin was incredibly clean and had tons to do! Games for evenings, horseshoes, a fire pit and other things to do outside. Then a great dock with kayaks my kids played in for hours. Theowners thought of everything to make this house feel like home while you stay here!

Fishing Lake Gunttersiville

Home was very clean and welled stocked. The snacks, coffee, water was a hit for our group, those little things matter. You didn't have to run to store for the small amenities. Great job! We got to play game of horse shoes out back after a day of fishing. There was plenty of room for parking trucks and boats. We didn't use the dock but was available to tie off. Storms were in forecast and was not able to actually see the dock so we chose not to use it. Overall a great home for us and boat ramp very close as well, 5 minutes.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We pulled in the drive and the house looked just like the pictures! Good sign! Then we opened the door and were so pleasantly surprised at how homey this cabin is and SPOTLESS! Beautiful wood burning fireplace in the living room. We Moved into the bedrooms and found comfortable beds with lots of pillows! The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, creamers, tons of bottled water, and a snack tray that we loved! This cabin has a room in the back with tons of games and a playground in the back yard. We loved the fire pit too! And the smores kits! We checked out the boathouse too. So beautiful! Great communication with the owners! I would recommend this cabin highly!
