“The hotel was very nice, clean, and secure. The staff provided excellent customer service and were very friendly and helpful. They helped me with everything I needed, and I really appreciated their kindness. I would definitely stay here again.”

“TERRIBLE. The pool was under remodeling and not accessible, the outdoor terrace was not available either, there are only two elevators and one was only working, the lines for the elevator. No point of having amenities if you cannot use them. Considering that the amenities were not accessible they should’ve at the very least offered a breakfast voucher. Do not stay here”

“The room was not clean. The shower was dirty, the sink was clogged, and there were blood stains on the bed sheets. There were no slippers or bathrobes in the room. I called the front desk, but they told me they were out of stock. This property does not meet the standards I expect from a Hyatt hotel. I was very disappointed with my stay.”
