“Room was very dirty. The door was stuck so bad I couldn’t open it. I had to call the manager to open!! Very bad experience overall.”

“The staff’s check-in attitude was unprofessional. While I was waiting in line, he allowed the men to cut in front of me. When I pointed this out, I was surprised that he did not apologize; instead, he seemed to blame me for the situation.”

“The traffic that comes to property pretty sketchy. Rooms are super outdated. Staffs are amazing though. Only good thing about stay but would never return unless they upgrade facility”

“The property is not well maintained and does not look anything like the pictures. This is not a smoke free property despite the signs, the rooms were dirty, bathtub disgusting, couldn’t even shower. It was a short stay due to last minute flight cancellation, would not recommend this property especially with kids.”

“The halls had a bad smell. In one occasion there was no oatmeal for breakfast, so we could only drink a cup of coffee, a nutrigrain, and a small muffin. There is no room service either. If you wanted clean sheets and towels, you had to ask for it at the counter.”

“Needed more towels and wash cloths due to the amount of days I stayed.”

“Everything was nice. We had an issue at check in, but it was Expedia app, not them. Another couple had the same problem. My only thing is that your can’t call and speak to anyone, it’s all thru email. The property was nice. Area was cool, plenty of parking. I would book again for sure”

“Parking is luck of the draw. Be prepared to parallel park or for a nice walk. Staff was amazing, good conversation and immediately attentive to glue together something of mine that broke in transit. Would stay again!”
