The young man at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable. Nice little welcome gift that included items for washing dish’s and doing laundry. Ample amount of towels

This was our first time at this property and we stayed in a pet friendly unit. We enjoyed having the extra space of two bedrooms and bathrooms with a kitchen and dining table. The only downside was the lack of privacy in that you can hear your neighbors. There’s no sound proofing at all. Walking around, showers, water heater, toilets and doors closing. Even the microwave is loud.

Already planning my next stay.
Very friendly staff, clean facility. Furniture and carpet are older, but fine. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

A Great Property — At Least It Could Be
This was an amazing property for a holiday get-together. There was a kitchen to cook in and a dining table where you could sit and enjoy the food and company. Overall I loved the property. My biggest complaint would be the couches. They have seen better days. At first glance, they appear to be in good condition. But they are worn out. I sank into them and had a hard time getting back up. I recommend replacement as soon as possible.

Home away from home!
I came solo to attend a 3 week course. It was so great to have a place to stay that felt more like home than a hotel. Not too fancy, but very comfortable and I loved the conveniences of kitchen, washer/dryer, big dining room table to work on. Super quiet too!

The condo was fine. We found a couple roaches during our stay which was concerning. We looked for a larger problem but didnt find anything. This property will need some updating soon.

We have our suites treated by a reputable pest control company each month and in the 9 years I have worked here I have never seen or heard of there being roaches in our suites. If you tell us which suite you stayed in we will have our pest control company, come and inspect thoroughly.

Carpets were a worn. One spot had a hole worn through carpet. Soap bars could be bigger. We liked the 3 bedroom with a living room type area.

Overnight stay
Amazing stay. Everything was smooth. Communication by phone and text with Sadie was wonderful prior to arrival was really nice. Fridge, stove, micro, full kitchen ! Clean and calm. After hours check in was easy. Wish more overnight stays were as perfect!

This was a good value for the money. Nothing fancy but had all we needed. The building shows its age, front door would not close tight. The full kitchen and table was very nice to have.

Great option rather than multiple hotel rooms
We loved the condo for this trip so family could all stay together. Twice we locked bedroom keys in their rooms which was frustrating. Employees were super kind to come let us in even late at night. Down side was no blow dryer, no extra toilet paper and the pillows were very small.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From pre-start to finish. Arriving late, and after the office closed, clean communication of easy check-in process was super appreciated. The property and surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. The accommodations were seriously like being at home. Full kitchen and laundry, dining area and living area. I have never in my years (and a lot travels) experienced such a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Major KUDOS relayed and deserved.

Home away from home
It felt as it was my home away from home. Clean, spacious, we had all the privacy for the 3 bedroom. My family loved it, we will definitely be coming back. The lady that helped booked me her name was brandy I believe and she was awesome

I hate the superficial/temporary feel of a hotel chain, which I used to like when I was younger. Condotels is relaxing; had everything I needed, as if I had been at home; and the staff was fantastic - friendly and accommodating. I had a few schedule issues, due to changes with Delta Air Cargo, and the staff was right there to help with my changes. I have told my friends and posted Condotels on my Facebook feed.

Where to begin? The room that we had was with a group of roofers that are there for an extended stay. These guys are youngish and are not there with their family. Needles to say, there was a lot of partying going around the front of our building..in the middle of the night. The guys that stayed above us, wore their boots all of the time. Loud and annoying. Their stomping shook the entire place. There is no curtains on the window. So the light was still bright through the blinds. The carpet had hopefully just been cleaned and was still damp. I can see the potential, but I would not recommend this place.

I am sorry that you were less than pleased with your stay. We are an extended stay hotel and cannot control the behavior of the guests that choose to stay at Condotels. I did come out after-hours, once I was notified of the loud partying behavior, and shut the partying down. You checked out the next day, so I don't feel like there was a chance to redeem ourselves.The other items of complaint, the curtains and damp carpet, I wasn't aware of any of that, or we could have offered you blackout curtains or moved you to a different suite. We don't keep curtains in the rooms but have them to offer and the carpets do get shampooed in between guests and more often when they have pets.Thank you for giving us the chance again, I apologize that your stay was less than satisfactory.
