Nice stay but missed a few perks
Overall a nice first stay for me + my "kids" and their respective families. I booked three rooms in total for one week, but was a little disappointed I did not get some type of small "discount" for booking multiple rooms for one week per room. Nice with each room having a refrigerator, but what I really missed was having a microwave oven in the room and especially no access to washing machine/dryers in the hotel. Huge spaces on every other floor for an ice machine -- why not put a washer and dryer in those areas as well? Either free or coin-operated. To me this puts this hotel at a competitive disadvantage. Offering a laundry service, even same-day service, is not ideal for anyone traveling with children. I think this is more of a hotel for business travelers or couples -- not families. One of the better (fresh) breakfasts of any of the hotel chains I have stayed at. Staff was super-friendly and helpful.

Very much of an a la carte budget hotel. We spent 3 nights, our room was never cleaned, towels were not refreshed. Reception staff is friendly; but several of the back room staff were wraithlike. I did not appreciate having to pay $10 a night for parking. The wifi was good. At this hotel, one buses their own bags.The hotel sells $6/bottle water in the rooms instead of providing at least a bottle of purified or mineral water, per person, per day. The rooms require a bit better sound-proofing around the main doors.

The stay was generally good and clean. However, beware of the unavoidable hidden "$10 parking charge" they'll hit you with at check-in. The only hotels in which I've ever seen an "optional" parking added into the bill was in big metropolitan densely-packed cities like New York or Chicago, in which parking is scarce. This hotel is located in a sparsely-packed area of suburbia next to a large shopping outlet with more parking space than people. Do I feel like I got conned out of a measly $10? Yes. Was it a deal-breaker? No. But, it did leave a bad taste in my mouth, and I would certainly warn people about this shady practice.

Great stay. We were here for unfortunate circumstances , but had a great second stay at this hotel. The only thing we would suggest would Be having extra blankets and pillows for the pull out couch and the water pressure was pretty poor.

They have to many hideen fees . $75 deposit with a credit card on file . $10 for guest parking ? Ill never stay here again becsuse of these two issues for me . A fee for parking afted ive paid for a room (home away from home). I dont pay to park at a place im paying fo stay at unless im rquesting valey service . I was forced to pay to park accross the street and carry my bags to the hotel from that point . Its just not something im willing to pay e tra for . Its a scam . There are plenty of hotels in the area that convenience there customers with free on site parking .
