Summary:

Welcome to Lansing Layover #9! We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some! With this apartment building we're trying to take an old building and give it a new feel. Located in a seasoned industrial pocket of Lansing, a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Lansing and MSU, this unit is located on the garden level and has been updated to reflect an industrial, modern design. We hope you like it :)



The Space:

-55" Roku Smart TV in Main Room

-Full Kitchen

-Free High Speed WiFi

-Free shared laundry on garden level



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire unit. The unit is private. You will not share it with anyone else.



The Neighborhood:

Our building is located in a seasoned, industrial pocket of Lansing, a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Lansing and MSU.



Getting Around:

- Uber

- Lyft

- Local taxi and bus service available



Other Things to Note:

-Laundry room is available in the basement anytime after 4pm.

-Extra towels and sheets available on request.

-The shared washer and dryer is located on the first floor.
