“I stayed simply because I had a 13 hour layover. With the instructions, the place is not hard to find. The host was very very helpful, even when I was late for my check-in. He carefully explained to me how to use the amenities and even how to take the bus back in the early morning for the airport. He’s very knowledgeable on local transportation. I would definitely stay here again. One thing, though, I was only travelling with a backpack, so it wasn’t too difficult to walk through the forest...

“We had an amazing family stay at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic — you can walk to Disneyland Park in about 10 to 15 minutes, which made everything so easy and enjoyable with children. The hotel facilities were great. The pool area was excellent, with both indoor and outdoor pools, and the outdoor pool has a big water slide which the kids really enjoyed. “There was no running water in the showers as I say that there were (3) showers and it was an old school with beds for 8 people with 3 bathrooms. It was not a Hotel it was an old school and the staff shut down at 6pm so no amenities at all. Staff was no help and neither was security to get some thing to eat. No room service. Very bad stay”
