Villa on the Port of Taussat with swimming pool

Just 400 metres from the Mauret beach and a stone's throw from the port of Taussat, this large villa is ideally located to fully enjoy the Arcachon Basin. The neighbourhood is calm and everything is within walking distance: a stroll to the market, oyster tasting at the oyster port, local shops (fishmonger, greengrocer, bistro...). The environment is perfect for a rejuvenating stay, between swimming, cycling and relaxing in the shade of the pine trees.

You can enjoy a huge 15-metre pool for your lengths as well as a plancha for your summer meals, and a large wooden hammock to relax in the sun. A warm place, designed for family or friends holidays, between relaxation and conviviality ideal for nine people.



This 80s villa welcomes you with a first living room area with a television, its sofas and a (decorative) fireplace. Just behind, you will find a dining table and a small office space if you wish to work remotely. The independent, gas-powered kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso Krups coffee machine and kettle.



Upstairs, you will find a second living room with a table football and access to the balcony. You will find a total of four bedrooms: two of them with a double bed (140/190), the third with a double bed (140/190) plus a single bed (90/190), and the last with a Queen Size bed (160/200). You will also find two shower rooms and a bathroom equipped with a hair dryer. A washing machine and an iron are available if needed.



For the outdoors, you will enjoy a large garden of over 1000 m² with a terrace for outdoor dining, as well as a ping-pong table for the more playful. The private pool is unheated and is open from 15 May to 30 September.

To park, you have four private spaces in the outdoor car park.



You will not be alone... Perhaps you will have the pleasure of encountering Jocker, the host cat of the place, who will honour you with his presence if you wish; otherwise, he will lounge in the shade of a shrub before slipping into his private space!



The villa is not recommended for families with young children, as the upper floor is served by a steep wooden staircase, which is not suitable for the safety of the youngest or elderly. However, there is a possibility of locking this space.
