En vecka i solen! (One week in the sun!)
I like the situation and the surroundings. Very nice staff. Good fukost, also nice with some entertainment in the evenings. Can definitely recommend this hotel.

Utmärkt lägenhetshotell gällande underhåll, solsängar , gemensamma utrymmen mm. Utmärkt frukost, (klart i klass med bra hotellfrukost). Det enda negativa med hotellet är att det ligger väldigt högt upp från strandpromenaden.Men taxi kostar endast 2.30- 3.00 euro.

Det var jätte bra. Mycket bra frukost samt middag. Skulle vilja råda dom att byta ut bord & stolar på balkongerna. Borden är av glasfiber, och de är slitna vilket medför att glasfibrerna retar huden (oftast underarmarna)

Avkoppling
Hotellet låg bra till med gång avstånd ner till hamnen med många bra restauranger. Trevlig hamn. Buss anslutning precis utanför hotellet till andra byar på ön.

Toppen semester
Ett mycket trevligt hotell med väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Vi hade halvpension på våran vistelse och brukar vara lite skeptiska till detta eftersom vi de gånger vi provat detta känt att det inte alltid är anpassat för oss svenskar. Men vi hade läst lite om detta hotell där gästerna var nöjda med maten så vi tyckte att det var värt att ta chansen, det ångrar vi inte det minsta. Frukosten till att börja med så fanns det i stort sett allt man kan önska sig. Middagen var utbudet så stort och varierat så vi hann inte med att testa allt under våra 10 dagar. Det fanns allt från grytor till att du även kunde be kocken som stod och stekte de kött eller fiskbitar på det sätt man själv ville ha det. Maten serverades som buffé och direkt du lämnade bordet för att hämta en ny tallrik med mat så var personalen där och tog bort din tidigare tallrik. Vi tycker att all personal i restaurangen ska stort beröm för den service de gav oss. Vi måste också få berömma all övrig personal på hotellet som var mycket service inriktade när vi hade frågor och behövde hjälp med något. Detta är ett hotell som vi verkligen kan rekommendera våra vänner att testa.

Would recommend
Great hotel, good food, good entertainment, and pool area is excellent, but the best thing about the hotel is the staff, they are a credit to the establishment. Location is a bit up the hill but taxi is 3 euros back up.

Esperienza positiva
Struttura molto bella con appartamenti moderni, ampi, curati che includono quel che serve per trascorrere una vacanza rilassante. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione e cena abbondanti e vari; forse la cena potrebbe essere leggermente migliorata (per palati italiani, almeno). Posiziona buona per raggiungere a piedi la vicina spiaggia o per visitare l’isola in auto. È presente un parcheggio privato a pagamento, ma di fronte ne è presente uno libero dove abbiamo sempre trovato posto in agosto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Abbiamo prenotato qui perché volendo fare solo mezza pensione, e qui fanno solo mezza, avevamo pensato che forse sarebbe stato più curato. Purtroppo la pulizia non molto curata, addirittura per 2 gg non ci hanno risistemato la stanza. Il cibo per niente di qualità. La piscina già dalle 6 del mattino era piena di salviettoni sui lettini. In 10 volte che veniamo alle Canarie questa è stata la peggior scelta. Ci siamo trovati meglio in hotel a 3 stelle ed in hotel 4 stelle all’ inclusive a prezzi inferiori. Mi spiace perché la struttura è bella e basterebbe poco.

Generally a nice holiday. The air-con didn’t cool the apartment down though. Food was great but repetitive, often not enough staff on to take drinks orders and clear tables. But other than that we’d probable go back and would recommend as it was cheap.

Perfect week. Friendly & helpful staff. Close to airport. Beach nearby. Hotel itself was lovely and restaurant and bar was good. Pool bar and food was good. Out of season so don’t know how busy it would be in the summer but an April visit suited us. We were a party of 4 adults. Lots of places closed but that didn’t bother us

Super hôtel, très bien adapté pour des vacances familiales avec enfants (terrain de foot, table de ping-pong, billard, piscines). Très bon service de la part du personnel pour faciliter le séjour (prêt de parasol pour la plage par exemple). Repas sous forme de buffet suffisamment varié pour convenir au plus grand nombre.

Winter sunshine week
Attractive apartment hotel complex within walking distance of the port, old town and seafront bars and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was fine. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms cleaned six days a week. Well appointed, kettle, all kitchenware, microwave, tv. Good walk-in shower. Quiet. Good value for money. Reception 24 hours. Overall, a good experience.

Fabulous stay in a great hotel
Excellent choice for Puerto Del Carmen - property is quiet and away from the main strip but only a 20 minute walk away ( 35 minutes on the way back as up hill ) The staff are all helpful. We were on a half board basis - good choice of courses with a chef to cook as required.

A happy Galway Family
Excellent resort and location…. 2 minute walk from old town, supermarkets and bars. Staff were very helpful and approachable. Buffett dinner was delicious- we ended up cancelling our dinner reservations in local restaurants. We will be definitely back for sure.

Excellent
Excellent apartment, clean and comfortable. On site facilities, pool, sun bathing areas are clean and maintained to a high standard. Bar, restaurant and pool bar are modern, and offer a wide selection of food and drinks at good prices. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Tables and chairs are cleaned thoroughly after each use to maximise customer safety, although Covid19 is now less of an issue. The complex is short walk to the centre of the old town and newer breach-front strip. Looking forward to returning before too long.

Le camere sono pulite anche se un pochino datate, hanno tutte una veranda (piano terra) o terrazzino (1 piano). Le prime hanno il pro di essere di comodo accesso, ma le stanze da letto danno direttamente sulle scale dei mini appartamenti sopra e quindi non si possono lasciare tende/finestre aperte (non hanno la ribalta a parte la finestrella del bagno). I lettini in piscina vengono occupati tutti prestissimo alla mattina nonostante i cartelli di divieto. Di questi 1/3 viene effettivamente utilizzato, gli altri restano solo occupati dai teli mare... Ottimo ristorante a buffet sia per la colazione sia per la cena. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

If you are looking for that perfect break then you are probably looking at the right hotel. Safe, clean, quiet, easy to access, and plenty of good food. Room service was very good and the pool along with the pool area was very clean. Enough sunbeds to go around even for UK style booking of sunbeds with towels.

Consigliato agli sportivi.
Non proprio 4 stelle, struttura un po' datata e non comoda per andare in spiaggia, c'è da camminare per più di 15 minuti in discesa e quindi per ritornare una bella passeggiata in salita. La cassaforte è a pagamento e non era scritto nelle dotazioni dell'hotel. Discreta scelta nel buffet comunque di buona qualità. Personale gentile.

Personnel accueillant et très aimable, hôtel très bien tenu et propre, belle piscine avec abords très agréables et belle végétation, bien situé. Dans la partie cuisine de la chambre, on aurait apprécié un peu plus d'équipement de base tel que éponge, torchon, sel et poivre, huile. La qualité de la literie est moyenne, ainsi que celle de la restauration. Mais très bon séjour malgré tout !
