A great stay!!
The villa was great. It had everything you would need. The location was excellent, just around the corner from the Dino supermarket and a 5 minute walk to the marina. It was very spacious with two en-suite bathrooms as well as a toilet downstairs. There was an outside area with the washing machine and dishwasher. There were tablets for both that we used. The pool was cold and we only ventured into it twice in the 3 weeks we were there. It may be more inviting during the summer months. There were two sunbeds and a table and chairs in front of the pool. It was lovely to have breakfast outside every morning!! The pool was cleaned regularly during our stay. There were also two towels for the sunbeds. There was a cleaner who came in every 4/5 days and changed the bed sheets and towels. The receptionist in the office was very helpful and we had the use of the courtesy room on our last day which was a real bonus. A few more soft furnishings would be welcome in the living area as well as a few lamps, but these are only suggestions to improve the experience. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend the villa. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return.

Fantastic
The property was great and in a great location near the Marina, communication was brilliant and towels and cleaning was an unexpected benefit. My only complaint is no air conditioning but i wouldnt let that stop me returning. We had a great relaxing holiday.

We feel that this is not a 4 star but only a 3 Most of it was ok but it is very tired and needs a lot of work spending on it. The showers need a complete overall and new ones put in. The towels and bedding are very thin. The net curtains are all ripped where people have drawn them The property looks nice outside and is very near to all amenities.

Loved the villa plenty of room, kitchen well equipped, not too far too walk to shops, restaurants, bars and the marina. We'll kept, clean and tidy. The pool was cleaned while we were there too.

Sehr schöne Villa in der Nähe von Marina Rubicon. Viel Platz, bequeme Betten, voll ausgestattete Küche (da fehlen allerdings manche Sachen wie Schneidebrett ofer Müsli-Schalen). Eigener Pool war für die Kinder ein Highlight.

Loved the privacy and staff were on hand for any enquiries. Villas are a bit tired and in need of TLC. Perfect if you dont want to have to queue for sunbeds every morning. Also close enough to bars and restaurants to walk to but not be bothered with noise.

Wonderful
Superb location with everything you could need. The villa was very spacious and well equipped, outside again had plenty of space with table and chairs and loungers. The pool was great. The only downside side of the villa was the lack of air conditioning. As for the location, it couldn’t have been better. Quiet yet very close to a supermarket and the marina.

We are very lucky to be in such a fantastic setting so close to the beautiful Marina Rubicón; quiet for a relaxing holiday yet with 5 minutes, a nice selection of bars, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Although the villas are not advertised as having air-conditioning, it would only really be necessary for two months of a year. For that reason there are fans supplied and more upon request if needed, especially to help you have a restful holiday.We're glad you had an enjoyable, relaxing holiday and look forward to seeing you again soon!

Family Holiday
Villa outside space was small in the 2 bed version, but it was adequate. Kids loved the pool even though it was cold. Very good location. Would recommend.

We liked the location which was a short walk to Rubicon Marina and 20 min walk to Playa Blanca town. Villa was clean. Plenty of cupboards. Small satellite box with English channels on tv. Didn't use the pool as it was very cold. Supermarket 2 min walk.

Muy bien equipado: Lavadora, lavaplatos, microondas... Al lado de un centro comercial y de muchos locales. Un poco alejado de la playa aunque se puede ir andando...10 o 15 minutos. No hay limpieza diaria ni cambio de toallas o sabanas. En un sitio como este donde te duchas un par de veces al día, tendrían q cambiar las toallas cada dos días. Se podrían lavar en la lavadora, pero al contrario q con el lavaplatos q si tiene pastillas de jabón, no hay nada de detergente...

The villa was very clean, the facilities were excellent. The sofa had 2 rips that did not look good, apart from that it was ideal. Nearby beach, bars, shops and restaurants. We would return.

Pleasant villa in good location
Second time here. Excellent location, helpful staff on site. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Great eats nearby. Couple of improvements could be made- stayed 7 days but no cleaner and beds were solid!

As you can imagine, mattress firmness is particular to the person using the bed, some like a firm mattress and some like soft, but is not possible for us to accommadate everybodies liking. Hello. Thank you for your feedback regardiing your holiday. To try and cover the points raised in order. Unfortunately although every care is take to make sure there are no cockroaches present in your villa, they sometimes can enter or fly into your villa during your holiday. This is be no means connected with cleanliness. Some of the pools do take more cleaning due to surrounding foliage in surrounding garden areas. As you can imagine, the villas are in almost constant use so scheduling in necesary maintenance and redecoration has to be planned. We apologise if the villa was not up to standard, we may have been able to consider a villa move. With regard to the periodic cleaning of the villa, we try to clean the villa at least once during a 10 day stay. We do not provide a daily "hotel style" clean. Air condition although not advertised, is something that we can always look into. Kind regards

Comfortable stay
My husband and I enjoyed our week in no 21. It was private and quiet and the rooms were spacious we liked that only on one day midweek did anyone visit us to clean and do pool maintenance. There were lots of good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Overall a fantastic vacation !!

Adequate accommodation,excellent location.
The apartment was adequate but some areas could do with a more thorough clean. The sliding doors both upstairs and down were in need of serious maintenance as they were difficult to open,close or lock. The small private pool is nice although I didn't use it because it was too cold in March for my liking. The kitchen was brand new and had everything you could need. Satellite TV pretty useless,150 channels of which 15 were English speaking channels,but they were only available until about 8pm, after that time they were scrambled or unavailable, while all the rest were still fine. I reported this to the office. they said they would fix it,but didn't. It was only a short walk (2 minutes) to the shopping precinct and marina. There are quite few nice restaurants and bars located around the marina and plenty more if you walk for about twenty or thirty minutes into the older part of town.

Schönes Haus mit kleinem Garten und Pool. Tolle Lage am Ortsrand von Playa Blanca, Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder einchecken.
