“När vi skulle boka hotelltransfer hade hotellet slarvat bort vår bokning. Det redde till slut ut sig. När vi kom till flygplatsen hade chauffören inte vårt namn på listan. Det redde också ut sig men allt detta ger hotellet minus. Se upp när ni sätter upp dricka på rummet. Priserna står i Kip men de vill ha betalt i $ vilket gör att det blir mycket dyrare. I övrigt stämde hotellrummet inte överens med de bilder som fanns på boknings-sighten. Mycket trevlig personal som ger hotellet plus.”

“Nice place needs a little bit of an update. Some of the pool furniture needs work maybe some new carpets in the hotel rooms.”

“Living next to a construction site is not so nice. Hot water fails sometimes and same goes for internet. I had one of my other cards skimmed so I wanted a receit when I paid the deposition when checked in, but this was impossible.”

“Great hotel, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and you choose the day before. Location was central in Vientiane. To the left was the Hard Rock Cafe to the right a restaurant bar called Kip Chai Deu, that was great and had live music, jazz style. Prices were good. The only issues are, we had 2 rooms and 1 didn’t have a security box. Not for people with poor mobility as there are no lifts and a flight of stairs to get to reception.”

“We stayed at this hotel for three nights and it was an amazing stay. The check in was smooth and quick. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable with two types of pillows for your preference. They have 24/7 room service which is perfect if you are jet lag and get hungry in the middle of the night or didn’t eat enough during the day. The washroom was spacious, well stocked, and very clean. The products they use all smell very lovely! I brought my own but couldn’t help myself in...

“Väldigt trevlig personal och serviceinriktad. Rummet var stort med skrivbord och fotöljgrupp. Fräscht badrum men dåligt tryck i duschen. Frukosten var inget nämnvärt,den kunde lika väl kvittat Väldigt enkel, 3 sorters bröd, 4 olika marmelad, kornflakes mjölk, lite grönsaker och så fick man välja mellan American breakfast eller asian soup. Väldigt bra läge, kommer rätt ut till händelserna. Bra barer å restauranger precis utanför dörren. Och nattmarknaden 50m bort. Poolområdet var fräscht....

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location and great views from our balcony. The staff are all amazing, everyone was so friendly and attentive. Our Deluxe room had everything we needed and more. Very well managed and cared for hotel, might be one of the best in Vientiane. Wonderful!”

“Nice hotel. Good rooms. Staff was polite, nice area, close to a night market for reasonable priced food, grocery store close as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be able to walk around and have everything they basically need. ”
