Quiet location. â
âEverything was unique about Rinoterra. Starting with the Rinocerous figures found around the property and story that named the place. Staff was fantastic, we were treated so well that we felt we were the only guests at Rinoterra. Breakfast was superb. We only had dinner once and remember it well because it was excellent. â

You need a car if youâre thinking about moving around as itâs a little far from everything. Hosts are accommodating and reallly nice. â

âWe loved our stay at Peneda ecofarm. It is well located for walks in the National Park and only an hours drive from Porto's airport. There are several natural river pools to swim in with in a 30 minute drive of the accomodation. Which we were directed to by the owners.
Our room was modern and fresh with a lovely balcony. The air conditioning was great for night time. The breakfast and evening meals were carefully prepared and delicious with fantastic local vino verde.

âOur 3 nights stay here was incredible. The owner is open and friendly, warm and welcoming. The room is immaculate, with attention to detail and a complimentary bottle of Vinho Verde. The pool is well situated, clean and warm in the evening. The breakfast is a fantastic spread of traditional and contemporary foods (their daily cake is to die for!). We look forward to staying with you again in the near future!â

âVery pleasant, clean and low stress place to stay while hiking the caminho. A little off the caminho trail but there is a well maintained hike and bike path from the center of Valença that will take you right to Alma Candida. Breakfast is very good too. â
