Responsible pet owners are welcome! We do charge $10/pet per night for a maximum of $50 per stay. This is charged to you the day of your arrival.

Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

There is a strict non-smoking rule in this apartment. Any sign of smoking of any kind (cigarettes, pot, vaping, etc) will result in a charge to your Airbnb account.
