The Central Suites is a home away from home. Very comfortable and spacious one bedroom apartment has everything one would need, just like a home. Very clean with visually pleasing decorations. As the name suggests, it’s centrally located. We just parked the car in the onsite parking lot and walked everywhere. The hostess is very responsive, kind, and understanding. We once accidentally locked ourselves out, within a few minutes she arranged the concierge to come and rescued us. We had a great time there, and with confidence we highly recommend this place! It definitely enhanced our experience and created lovely memories with our travel in Nicosia.

Een TIP voor wie nog een fijn verblijf zoekt.

Schoon, ruim, verzorgd, compleet en netjes afgewerkt appartement op 3e etage. Prima Wifi, parkeermogelijkheid op binnenterrein, vriendelijke ontvangst en op loopafstand van Eleftherias' Square (belangrijste toegang tot de oude binnenstad).

Bad experience

I had a Very bad experience! I try to stay away from apartment style properties. They are ok for families but not ideal for individuals or couples unless they are planning to stay for an extended period. You are in hospitality business. The person you are hiring should be a good communicater, should be able to speak English and be nice and courteous. Your front person was the opposite. And you, you did not even come over or send me an apology email. As they say, you just shoved it under the rog and thought it would go away.

A premier abord l immeuble ne paie pas de mine mais arrivée dans l appartement c'est un très beau appartement . Avec une très belle décoration. Cuisine bien fourni avec lave linge C est la gardienne de l immeuble qui fait le check in elle ne parle pas anglais mais elle se fait commprendre et vous explique tout et meme nous donne des bons resto proche de l appartement Il y a un emplacement de parking dans la résidence

Happy and Satisfied Guests..

We stayed in Central Suites for 9 days..and the experience was excellent! What you see on the photos is what you get. Cleanliness, Comfort, location, Safety, etc... Location was brilliant! Just 3mins walk and you are in the center where loads of shops, restaurants, cafes, etc.. High Street Shops is round the corner. There's a T.G.I Fridays at the back of the Central Suite. Cyprus Museum, Ledra Place Gate to Turkish Republic of Northen Cyprus, Leventis Gallery and Museum, Archbishop Palace, etc.. are walking distance. The owner Ms.Pavlina is lovely very accomodating and the Concierge lady Ms.Fortini was a great help. We used 2 suites..Fantasia and Armonia. This Central Suites is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Excellent comfort and central location

The Central Suites is an excellent and comfortable place to stay in Nicosia and very fairly priced. I would definitely stay there again. Getting in the first time is slightly quirky, but it worked perfectly well. The location is fabulous and there is everything there for a comfortable stay. I was only in Nicosia for the weekend, but much of what you would want to see there was within easy walking distance. I don't have any complaints except for one ambiguous sign about not throwing paper into the toilet. I'm not sure if this includes toilet paper, as is the case in some areas of Central and South America. A practice I find disgusting, but I don't think that was the case here, it is just that the sign is ambiguous.

Great locations in the city. Mgt very responsive to calls and texts. Wonderful unit, nice kitchen with washing macihine. Good size and comfortable bed.

We loved our stay! Perfect location in the city. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was spacious and clean. We very much loved Mrs. Fotini, the concierge, who was so kind with showing us around and giving such warm hospitality.

Nice apartment

Beautiful apartment. Very nicely decorated, very clean & spacious. Easy check in. Great location for walking around Nicosia. However, the reason I have not rated the apartment excellent, is the very loud music from a neighbouring establishment that was played until 3am at the weekend. Did not help you sleep at all!
