Beautiful, green surroundings. The cottage sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and has 1 bathroom. Ground floor: Equipped kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer), adjoining utility room (washing machine, dishwasher). Living room (TV, internet access, wood-burning stove). WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 king-size bed with TV). Bathroom. WC. Second floor (air-conditioned attic): 2 bedrooms (1 king-size bed, 2 single beds). Central gas heating is available at an extra charge (daily rate). Firewood is provided at an extra charge. The gîte is located in the recently renovated former farmhouse. The courtyard is reserved for your use. In the outbuildings, an adjoining barn with separate access and no overlooking neighbors is occupied by the owner's parents, who live on the property. Farm and local produce is sold on site (Jurançon and Madiran wines, pâtés, rillettes, foie gras, etc.). A restaurant and small shops are located in the village, 3.5 km away. A river with landscaped banks and a lake for walking, cycling, and fishing are nearby.
