Beautiful house (owners' main residence) in a quiet location close to shops - Large living room with lounge and open-plan, fully equipped kitchen - 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) - Bathroom with shower on the ground floor - 2 bedrooms upstairs (2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) and 1 queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a cot) - Shower room with WC - Parking in the courtyard with gate and enclosed garden - WIFI - Pets NOT allowed
No connection for hybrid or electric vehicles – Do not plug in in the accommodation – SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request when booking) – Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) – Check-out inventory carried out with the agency, with the security deposit returned if everything is in order – If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be carried out – Security deposit cancelled or returned after receipt of the keys.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
