Exterior door to the building did not lock or have key access- so anyone could walk in. Staff informed me that they typically rent these rooms as weekly rentals to the unhoused community, which is a great service but hard when you’re a travelling family looking for a quiet, clean place to sleep for the night. “The property is very nice and clean. But the rooms did not have a microwave or fridge. I learned later after 4 days at the hotel, that I could have asked for a fridge and microwave. It was never mentioned when I checked in. I stayed for 6 days. The person at the desked should have offered or give us an overview of the hotel. No was given. “Our A/C window unit could not keep up to cool below 74 degrees. It was July and very hot we called the front desk about 1 hour into our stay to get assistance, after their technician attempted to trouble shoot they offered bringing us a fan, which we excepted. I woke up several times in the night due to being hot, and it never cooled below 74. Their hallways and elevators stayed hot and muggy.
