This bright 70 m² property has been designed to offer comfort and tranquillity in a rural setting. Upon entering the house, you’ll find a spacious kitchen with a dining area, fully equipped and featuring large windows that offer lovely views of the surroundings, providing plenty of natural light throughout the day. This space leads directly onto the terrace, an ideal spot for enjoying al fresco meals, having a barbecue or simply relaxing whilst taking in the scenery.

The living room features a cosy seating area with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi, creating the perfect atmosphere for spending time with the family after a day of excursions or sightseeing. It has three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double bed, whilst the other two each have a single bed. One of them includes a handy desk, ideal for those who need a workspace or study area. It has a fully fitted bathroom with a shower and bidet. It offers a pleasant terrace with a barbecue and a private outdoor parking area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, sandwich maker, toaster and everything you need to cook in comfort. In addition, the property has a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, portable heater, cot and high chair.

There is a security camera that only monitors the outdoor areas of the property. It is only activated when there are no guests staying at the property.
