In the vitroceramic independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.





It is very functional, technological (it has 600 MB speed and electronic lock) and eco friendly, with low consumption appliances, LED lighting, recycling tanks, water flow regulators and due to its good location, it is not necessary to have a car, you can move on foot, by bicycle or using public transport, as the bus station (Guaguas) is less than 500 metres away, in the famous Santa Catalina Park and from there you can move to any part of the island.



The access to the building, as well as to the holiday home, offers the opportunity to enter without a key, so you can go for a swim or discover the island without worrying about the keys.
