Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful with clean and reasonably priced room. Food court comes with plenty of food options with affordable price. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The A/C units in the rooms are extremely old and barely blow out and air. When I complained, all I was told, well its blowing cold it doesn't blow out very hard so try sitting in front of it..Really? I asked for a fan, was told they don't have those. Well your in located in the desert where the temp reaches upwards of over 116 degree's. If updating the A/C units are out of the question then put in ceiling fans in all the rooms.

I’ve had a somewhat bad experience before with another hotel’s cleanliness so I decided to be prepared and take my own things to clean the restroom, and when I say it was SPOTLESS, I’m not kidding! The room was so nice and comfy, the security of going into the elevators was amazing, not just anyone can go up to the hotel tower. Mini fridge kept things ice cold, the AC was great. Will definitely be back!

Staff were not helpful. I tried three different attempts to access the pool, which was very frustrating and inconvenient(hotel desk is considerably long walk from where our room was located) the employee who was assigned to the elevator area didn't speak English, so that wasn't any help. The room was rundown and didn't smell or look clean. Rusty chipped tub, ripped shower curtain, the bottom of the door looked as if someone had tried to lock a pet in while they were gone.

This property was very clean and had some excellent accommodations when you are hungry. Clean and comfortable rooms for sure. The staff was very helpfull when came to an issue with cancelling a night due to the cancelation of the lovers and friends festival.

Hello,We do apologize for the confusion at check-in. We only collected the security deposit which is refunded back at time of checkout and the hotel service fee which is due at the time of check-in this fee is paid to the hotel not online.

The property is nice and had lots of improvements however the rooms are pretty old. There were plenty of rust on windows, mirror and in the bathtub. The room smelled of mold and dust.

Room and bed comfortable. Slept great. We really liked the dining that was available. Lots of good choices. Was easy to get a Lyft to get around. Our maid did an excellent job.

I really like the available dining. It's extremely convenient to walk downstairs and get everything you need. The exercise room could use some work.

The property needs to be updated. It shows signs of wear. The room was very clean. The mattress was okay. The sheets were scratchy. The Broiler Steak House was overpriced for the poor quality of ribeye that I was served. The meet was tough. It was burned on the outside. It was overcooked for what I requested. It had little to no seasoning. It is no wonder that for dinner there were only three sets of customers (including us) in the restaurant. My sister's filet was also tough, overcooked, and unseasoned. I can recommend the room and pool as great bargains for the price. I cannot recommend the Broiler Steakhouse.

Food was good, a new restaurant (Game On) had some great food. Casino was dark and smoky. Front desk reception at check in was most unfriendly. Security was nice though. Room was quiet which was nice and pool area was good, but unfortunately there were bugs in the room on the first day. Made me feel uncomfortable.

The area was not too bad, the room was. The AC was not working very well, room smelled funky and you’d have better luck showering using outside sprinklers rather then the shower head in the bathroom.

When we checked in, we arrived to our room to have a nice brown surprise on our pillow… When we took the pillow to the desk the lady was disgusted and only offered a $15 credit. Completely unsanitary and worth more than a small credit. The next day we played the slots and our machine completely shut off. We had to wait 45 mins for it to reboot and were just told “It happens all the time.” Between these two instances and the homeless people roaming the casino/hotel I can say we will not be returning. This property definitely needs some changes.
