Stayed here for the first time and loved it! Nice location, close enough to fremont street to be walkable without all the noise all night. Will definitely be my go to whenever I need a hotel in Vegas again.

The staff definitely make the stay.. Rooms do not have a fridge, microwave, or a phone or even a plug in close to the mirror. The location is great , 5 minute walk to Fremont street however, if it wasn’t for the staff this would have been a disappointment.

Easy free parking in the public lot on 8th and Fremont, it's not the normal hotel no microwave or mini fridge. Just a quiet place within walking distance of the Fremont street experience. If you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a safe quiet place to sleep for the least amount of money within walking distance of the Fremont street experience then this is all you need. Staff are very friendly. There is some items for sale to eat and drink in a vendor fridge in the reception area next to the bar. Stayed for a week rented a car and had no issues with security. There are homeless in the area but the wife and didn't experience anything other than a panhandler on occasion which you will run into anywhere in Vegas lol. The wife and I had a great time stayed a week visited valley of fire and red Rock canyon if you only see one go to valley of fire but both are well worth the money and short drive. Tony Roma's in Fremont casino excellent prime rib dinner 430 to 630 nightly for $11 comes with mixed veggies baked potato best dinner deal. The line will be there at 4 lol Binions cafe has a good reasonable breakfast short stack of pancakes is $9 for 2 plate sized pancakes. If we go back I'll stay here again but I'm just a working man who turned a few dollars into a great anniversary week vacation. It you don't mind paying more for a mini fridge and microwave and don't mind wearing earplugs get something on Fremont Street lol.

It’s really nice and a good option to stay at if you want to explore and walk around since it’s pretty close to everything. It’s also got security since the hotel lobby closes unless you are staying there which is pretty safe

What an adorable retro 50”s art deco hotel with a funky vibe. Who stays in their hotel room in Vegas? Nobody. If you’re looking for a clean place to crash that has a desk to work and you’re own AC (in designated rooms) look no further. The staff is friendly and chill. Your front desk person is also your bartender! They have a small snack area. Not much around to eat and the area is a bit sketchy, but it has this personality a lot of hotels lack these days. You can hang out at the bar, do some work in the lobby, put out some mini golf on their very own putting green or chill in a quiet room. Fremont district is several blocks away, so the hotel area is very quiet. Great if you’re working all day and need a clean quiet place to crash. The internet speed was amazing. Far better than the larger hotels on the strip. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something funky, fun and off the beaten path. Well done Downtowner!!!

I didn't spend a lot of time at my hotel. I was mainly there just to sleep between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00-8:00 a.m. The staff was great and they have some really cool amenities, though I didn't get to try them out. The rooms were clean, but I noticed that the room I was assigned looked older than the ones I saw in photos when I was booking my stay. The soundproofing also wasn't great. I could hear every other persons' doors opening and closing, as well as every step taken outside my door, including those of the people staying in the room above mine. There was also a lot of garbage on the road next to the hotel that I could hear being blown around clear as day. But, if you're on a tight budget, this would be a safe bet. Just keep in mind that there's a $100 deposit for your room, in addition to other hotel fees and taxes.

It was a neat little place with a chill vibe. Our room was nice, clean and simple. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel felt safe with room key to enter the property. Easy walk to Fremont and surrounding areas. Our stay was great and budget friendly would definitely stay there again.

A great boutique hotel with a cool vibe. The rooms are clean, Fremont Street is a block away and there is plenty of stuff to do in the area. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. It's a non smoking property which is very nice. They've got a mini golf course and a nice pool area if you just want to chill out away from the action of downtown. There's a bar in the lobby as well. A great place to stay when you're in downtown Las Vegas. I would definitely recommend it.

Muy mal me fue cuando llegamos no avía personal en español me atendió una persona que no hablaba español y pues a mi entender no avía cuartos disponibles me dijo que regresara en 45 minutos y jamás me explicó que yo tenía que hacer mi propio ingreso en la computadora que tienen al lado bueno me dio mi tike para parkiar mi auto camine esos 45 para hacer tiempo y cuando volví después de una hora me vuelven a pedir mi I.D y solo me dicen agace a un lado y espere un momento bueno espere y espere y todos los que estaban ay registrándose les daban cuarto y ami solo ahí me tenían y mire mi teléfono mi aplicación decía que ya no tenían cuartos que todavía estaba a tiempo de Canselar bueno me arrime ala computadora que todos se arrimaban adivinando que era eso metí mi información y resulta que eso tenía que hacer desde que llegué pero nadien te explica dan por echo que ya tú lo sabes todos eso me pareció frustrante ✍️

Easy access to Fremont. A block off Fremont. Plenty of security all hrs. 24 hr Bar in lobby. Only open to hotel customers. The only thing I would say is the restroom could be updated and add a Minnie fridge. We were here in April.

The photos online are deceiving vs. what it is really like. It seems like everything is new but it’s old with some fresh paint. The room was missing amenities but was taken care of quickly by staff. I asked for turndown service early in the morning this first morning and was told "we can't, we only have two people working today". The staff I spoke with was very kind and friendly so I would blame ownership or management for staffing issues. The swimming pool which across the street next to an empty lot with many homeless hanging out was also a disappointment. The water was freezing, no way anyone can enjoy the water. The bedspread had cigarette burns, there was no mini refrigerator or microwave. For the cost I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel. When I was asked about my stay via text I explained all this. The response was: “ Hello, I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. The room you booked was recently remodeled and Expedia/Hotels.com has not uploaded our new pictures yet. I understand your dissatisfaction with the amenities we do provide, however I can assure you we do not advertise a refrigerator, microwave or a heated pool and our prices are in line with similar hotels. I appreciate your feedback and will be conversing with the team regarding not providing turndown service yesterday. As a courtesy, I will refund yesterdays amenity fee of $20 tax. Thank you.

Our rooms have been completely remodeled twice in the past 5 years with the most recent being a few months ago. The was surrounded in the neighborhood that feels unsafe with prostitutes and sketchy looking people. I came into the lobby and asked the receptionist about the heater. She screams loud across the room. What's my room room number in front of the whole bar area as if I wanted every person sitting at that bar to know what room that I was staying in the entire night. People were up loud roaming through the hallways. I barely got any sleep. The room was fairly clean. It did look like the pictures however, I slept with the chair door up against up against the door the with my pepper spray in hand.

I like the property because it had a lounge inside, a mini golf course, and was very secure. The room was large, the bathroom was cool, and the staff were very friendly.

The Downtowner Boutique rates a "10"from me. Dee was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room had everything I needed, except a butler to bring me coffee in the morning. This is going to be a wonderful hotel once finished. I am grateful for the awesomeness
