This spacious 7-bedroom home is packed with entertainment—from a private Theater room to Karaoke room with LED lights to an outdoor Bar, Pool, and fun themed bedrooms. Centrally located, just minutes from the Strip, Summerlin, and Convention Center. Whether you're here on business, relax, or explore, this home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in the heart of Las Vegas!

Great for larger groups but NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED!

This 7 BR / 6.5 BA Villa has endless amounts of entertainment, you won't want to leave. Max occupancy is 16 guests, no visitors allowed.

Would be great for families or larger groups!

Main Amenities:

--Theater room-- 18 person theater room that can connect with most streaming platforms, including Netflix, YouTube, YouTubeTV, Hulu, etc. Back row features 6 Leather Reclining Chairs with cup holders and trays.

--Covered Patio-- The shaded patio area can be very Zen or lively. Has live Koi fish pond (self-feeding) but also a custom backlit bar. A rare feature to escape the Vegas sun.

--Pool-- Glistening private pool with high fence surrounding. Attached gazebo with bar and shaded seating area. Great for relaxing.

--Karaoke Room-- Dedicated Karaoke Room with controllable LED's, disco lights, and lasers. Can also be used as a lounge.

--Game Room-- Custom Japanese neon mural with 3-D Art. Pool table and 2 arcade games (Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 and NBA Jam)

The property features a main house and 2 separate casitas with it's own entrance. Each bedroom is whimsically themed to create a unique vibe. Of course, TV in every room.

Bedroom 1 - Miami Room - King sized bed with Attached Bathroom. Miami pop-art design and decor. Patio doors that can access patio bar.

Bedroom 2 - Cabin Room - King sized bed with attached bathroom. Feels like you're in a cozy cabin in the woods!

Bedroom 3 - Vegas Room - 2 Queen sized bed with attached bathroom - Feels like a classic Vegas hotel room.

Upstairs

Bedroom 4 - New York City Room - Custom Wall print NYC Skyline with the "Empire State of Mind" LED sign. Dedicated work station. Feel that hustle and bustle!

Bedroom 5 - Santa Monica Beach Room - Beach side chilling with this custom wall print. Feels like you're at the SM pier!

Loft- Pull out sofa bed conversion. Rooftop Deck access.

Shared Bathroom - Dual Sinks and Bathtub.

Casita #1 - Japan House

Bedroom 6 - Queen sized bed with attached bathroom. Ample sized work station. Japan Themed.

Game room - Tokyo Neon Wall Mural.

Full Kitchen - Fully remodeled with waterfall countertops, all basic kitchen necessities and breakfast nook.

Karaoke Lounge Room - Dedicated Karaoke Room with 3 large leather sofas. Controllable LED lights, disco lights, and lasers. Dice and Cups are also included. IYKYK.

Casita #2 - Space House (Bedroom #7)

This is room is a stand alone theme room and an art installation. The room is split in half. The lower half is earth, and upper half is space.

Custom sky balcony surrounds the king sized bed. You can look up at the LED clouds while laying in bed. You can also climb the balcony at your own risk, and hang out on the clouds.

Floor to ceiling windows with 1-way mirror film, you can see out but they can't see in. Amazing poolside aesthetic. Curtains for night time privacy.

Galaxy projector for the ceiling to create an unique vibe. Built in speakers with Bluetooth compatibility.

Attached bathroom.

Guests will have access to the entire 0.66 acre property.

Hosts are local and will be available to answer any questions. May not be able to respond after 9 PM.

Things we need to go over for a relaxing incident-free stay!

1) NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
** By booking this home, all guests hereby assumes full responsibility for risk of bodily injury, or death due to the negligence of the releases or otherwise while in or upon area. **

2) The pool is not heated; the pool will be the regular temperature for a Vegas pool in summer or winter. Nature controls the pool temperature!
***Do not touch pool equipment for any reason!

3) Loud groups will be contacted and given one opportunity to bring the noise down before any further action is taken. We may ask guest to leave with NO REFUND if groups do not comply with quiet hours. This is NOT a party house. We have noise monitors installed on the outside of the property.

4) If the home smells like smoke after your stay is completed then there will be a $500 SMOKING charge.

5) If there is excessive trash left in the home there will be a $300 charge.
