The place is very dated and run down. Check in was long, and disorganized. Their point of sale equipment was not functioning and the employees were lost on how to effectively navigate the process. The kitchen and bathroom are dated and run down. Hallway carpet was dirty and trash not picked up. The bed sheets were clean.

The room was filthy. It had not been cleaned properly after previous guests. There were empty whiskey bottles in the cupboard and live cockroaches on the counter top the webt in every direction when we turned the lights on. We didn't eat the free breakfast the following morning because of it. We wouldn't have stayed but had already paid online, driven 12 hours. It was late and we were exhausted.

Comfortable place to crash for a couple nights. Staff was very helpful with check-in process and getting us a room despite arriving past their designated check in time for no-show. Two-stars because staff was not at all lenient during check out and caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety and panic banging on our door for the entire 20-30 minutes it took us to pack after waking us up. We were trying to extend our stay during those minutes and were told everything was booked up and unfortunately that only made them look worse because if they really were that booked up then there should be no reason for them to target our room and essentially threaten to kick us out when there was evidently plenty of other rooms for them to clean and prepare if they truly had a full house. Can’t help but wonder if it was because they figured out we were a gay couple and I’d hate for that to be the case but the way we were treated at check out was unnecessarily aggressive and rude and its a shame because we would have given a good review otherwise

We are sorry for the experience. When a reservation is made thru a third party such as Expedia, the hotel doies not have the ability to make any changes. This past weeken was EDC weekend, one of the top 3 events in Las Vegas with over 150,000 attendees. Most if not all hotels are sold out during the 3 day event. We are sad that you may wonder if we judge anyone in any way. This was simply an extremely busy weekend. with several sold out dates.

I appreciate the receptionist who welcome us very late. However, many strictly conditions. No cleaning room when living under 14 days (as the cleaner told me). Smart key not working many many times. Old structure and furniture. Bathtub couldn't keep water inside. Extra $25 fee plus tax(?) for pet without notice on app or in beginning. Not included pool as app details.

Thought it was closer to strip. If you rent a car it's fine but you will need uber or bus if not. It is in a shady area. Lot of homeless people and not clean looking. Although our room was clean.

There is no breakfast included like other hotels they provide snacks in the morning like a muffin, granola bar and coffee so they need to be more specific . As soon as we arrived the door before the lobby smells like old farts you walk in and it’s sticky and musty. People hanging out at all times in front of hotel smoking. The rooms have no microwave . The rooms smell like a retirement home and bathtubs and toilet were stained yellow. I wouldn’t recommend this property there was also no pool at the location to be found. To selling points where the breakfast and pool we didn’t wanna stay at the casino to avoid mustiness but this establishment was sticky and musty all over. I’ve been to motels that feel exactly like this not worth the stay. They lie about the amenities.

We are an extendedstay hotel, every room has a full size refrigerator and kitchen, we do not offer a pool and our breakfast offering does include oatmeal, granola bars, assorted muffins and coffee. Our hotel caters to long term buest that prefer thei privacy. We are sorry that we did not meet your needs and hope that you will consider Extended Stay America in the future.

The hotel was pet friendly which was the only plus. But there was dog feces everywhere in the grass areas, it’s like the grounds are not cleaned by workers or hotel guest with pets. The room smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, the bathroom floor had a water puddle, and the tub faucet ran the entire time. The drawer of the night stand was full of previous hotel guest trash/personal belongings. Extremely disgusting. Definitely not worth the $150 we paid for 1 night.

They were having a maintenance issue when I was there causing the fire alarms in the hallways to beep which I could hear in my room, they were trying to get it fixed. I didn't care for the fact that I had to request a coffee maker for my room (or dishes or pots). And that their "breakfast included" was a small, prepackaged muffin and coffee or hot water for tea... not even a hot cocoa option. However, the staff I did come in contact with were pleasant and professional.

Staff was a little rude, a lot of drug activity going on. Also, a lot of noise in the evening leading up to the early morning sound like kids running around above. My head continues throughout the night. Had to catch a flight back to Detroit in the early morning. I will not stay here again.

The Extended Stay America on Maryland Parkway is a no-frills hotel that is conveniently located near Sunrise Hospital. Even though the hotel is in not one of the safest places in Las Vegas, I felt comfortable and safe at this property.

The air conditioner in the room was incredibly loud while on, however there was no option to not have it on since it is still rather warm/hot. The outlet by the head of the bed was very loose and didn't feel or look safe to use. We also had to unplug the microwave because it would randomly turn on with no notice. I was woken up to the sound of the microwave beeping as if it was cooking something at 2am. The microwave was very hot to the touch at that time. My husband and I were both sleeping, nobody had touched the microwave.

I was only there for 3 nights and from check in it wasn’t great. 1st my room smelled like stale cigarettes. Im not sure if the guest before me was smoking in the room or if the smell was trapped in the carpet but now all my clothing and even my hair reeks of what the room smells like and Im having a hard time washing it out of my clothes. My sinuses/breathing are a mess from being in there. 2nd my room was not the cleanest. You could tell someone had recently used the toilet as there were still stains on the toilet seat. There were still crumbs around my sink in the kitchen as well. I literally had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to re clean some of the common areas before use. The tub was stained and looked dirty. 3rd my tv didn't seem to be working I figured it may have just been dead batteries and brought it up to the front desk to ask for new ones but instead she gave me another remote that also didn't work and put in a work order for Monday since maintenance is not in on the weekends (I checked in on Sunday the 17th). Monday came and maintenance never came. I checked in with front desk at 1pm on Monday to ask if someone is still coming to my room to check the tv. They told me maintenance was on lunch and they would be there shortly. I left the hotel and came back about 3 hrs later and the tv still was not working. I finally went to the front desk around 4pm to ask if someone was still coming and said he would be there in a few minutes. All the did was replace batteri

This place was extremely dirty. The trash can just outside the front door was overflowing. There was dog poop by sidewalk leading to front door. No carpeted floors in room. Feet were black from dirty floors. Left a day early it was too disgusting.

This place is a dump. Dirty! Floor in room and entire hotel is disgusting. Elevator shut down with me in it.......

Elevator down and we had to carry our luggage upstairs we also the drain in the bathtub was clogged so when i took a shower the water was filling up on my feet and that’s gross
