The bathrom door had a hole through it. Shower wallpaper was coming off. The towels had stains all over them. Tv in the room didnt work. The fridge had a horrible smell. The housekeeper was rude. She was practically kicking us out 2hrs before check out. She literally stood outside the door. Talked to her colleague in Spanish about us still being there thinking i probably didn't understand what she was saying.

The door to the room was unsafe, we had constant problems with the keys. The hallways were dirty and trash bins in the hallways were not covered and unsanitary. The furniture in the rooms was outdated, broken and not in good condition. The kitchen and bathroom sinks and bathtub drain very slowly. The air condition vent was filthy. There were roaches in the room. Noise from other guests throughout the night. The key does not work to enter then door to the laundry room. The grab and go breakfast is very limited, is depleted quickly and does not provide good choices.

This property is falsely advertised on Expedia. The pictures are very deceiving as to what property and rooms look like. I booked a non smoking hotel and the room had a disgusting cigarette odor. The floors were dirty. The fridge was not clean. The restroom light did not work and the toilet had poop in it. We immediately walked out and asked the front desk clerk to refund the money because we were not staying in that disgusting room but she refused to refund any money. I will never book another room in an Extended Stay America. I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars!

Awful!! We had a double bed not a queen. The bathroom had urine on the floor and we had to clean it up! The couch was so uncomfortable and hard!! Will definitely not come back to this one!

The room smelled heavily of cigarettes. No (non-smoking room) option given. The mattress on the fold out couch was stained, uncomfortable, and smelled. There was no trash can inside the entire room. The furniture had obvious damage initially walking in. Examples are the coffee table with a ring caused by liquid, a damage dresser drawer, and damage to the head board. The water in the shower/tub drained super slow.

The room was absolutely filthy - the floors, the walls, under the beds and couch were all so dirty. We were told there would be a grab and go breakfast. Nothing was ever laid out in the lobby and when we asked for help, the attendant was put out for our request for breakfast items. We were there four nights and needed clean towels. She refused to switch out all four and only let us have two new clean towels because she said the clean towels weren't folded. She was rude and unhelpful. Do not stay here.

My Experience at Extended Stay Valley View- Las Ve
The stay was fine but unfortunately I became sick. Instead of checking out on the second, I notified the front desk because of my illness I would be checking out a day early. The lady told me that I would not receive a refund so she would officially check me out the following day. I thought that was unfair because I didn’t ask to get sick. I will never book at an extended stay any more. As soon as I arrived home I did go to urgent care. I do have a prescription for my illness.

I would not take my dog to stay! Towels were so badly stained we postponed showering at friends house. The lovely font office asked to bring the towel to them For exchange! No house keeping during the stay. No chance to change the room. I blame Expedia for this screw up!

Horrible experience
Check in was great. Entry to room, door was difficult (door handle lock is messed up). There was no trash can in the room which was really annoying. Sink and tub was dirty. Tub wouldn't drain properly. And there was huge miscommunication with that crew. Cleaning lady barged in on my wife and i. It was so embarrassing. She said that her paper work showed that the room was vacant already.

You get what you pay for. Breakfast is a muffin with some oatmeal and coffee or teas. Room was ok, bathroom was dirty. There was only a bedsheet and thin blanket for the bed. There was a constant popping noise in the ceiling, staff was aware and said it was due to colder temps affecting the hotel pipes. There was a dying cockroach on the floor too. If you’re trying to avoid paying for an overpriced hotel on the strip that’s within walking distance of the strip, this is your no nonsense hotel.

Good customer service but the room was run down. There was a literal hole in the top of the dresser and a drawer that wouldn’t open. The outlet in the vanity did not work at all, which made styling my hair much harder. The bed was comfortable, and we didn’t have any problems with loud guests, so that was a plus.
