Awful hotel!! So dirty and worn down.. we were there to celebrate my 30th birthday and was so exited! Our first room was disgusting! Not clean and there was so much damage and so dirty everywhere. Time to renovate also. We got down to the guest service and we got a new room with a view for compensation. But that room was even worse in cleaning! Got down to guest service again and they got us in a "better room" and that was also dirty but then they did not want to fix it more. We got to choose our first room or this one. We were tired after long trip so we took the "nicer" room. Got compensation after I said I wanted my money back so I can go to a nicer hotel in form of a dinner at Bugsy and Meyers it was good. We appreciated the compensation we got from André in guest service. Really nice guy! But the hotel needs upgrade their rooms right now!! They are awful! Icecold pool was not so nice eighter.. never comming back there.

Trevligt hotell med perfekt läge, poolen är ok. Dock fick vi ingen städning under vårt boende på 5 nätter, lite underligt. Vi bad städerskan om nya handdukar, påfyllnad av tvål, när vi såg henne i korridoren. Sopor ställde vi utanför dörren. Detta funkade för oss, dock skippade vi dricks, dricks är ju för god service enligt mig.

Nonchalant personal. Bo aldrig här.
Besvärlig, opersonlig och ohjälpsam incheckning. Dem hade bara egenincheckning där vi fick ta hjälp av 4 personer för få till det rätt och alla var nonchalanta och ville knappt hjälpa en. Så dem skulle haft möjlighet att man hår välja egen/snabb/dataincheckning och sen en incheckning där man fick personlig service av trevlig personal. När vi behövde fråga hur vi hittade till hissen till vårt rum så behövde vi fråga om var hissen var, fick till svar att den låg däråt som om det vore självklart. Men det var extremt dåligt skyltat på hotellområdet. Rummet var stort, rent och fint. När vi sen gick ner för fråga om pooltider och regler så behövde vi återkomma 2ggr för få rätt info. För de var nonchalant info som kom ut där. Försökte läsa på internet/hemsidan om regler. Där stod det att man fick ha med en alkoholfri enhet in till poolområdet. Men när vi kom fram till poolområdet så var det endast vatten som gällde, för det stod fel på hemsidan. Så vi fick slänga våran oöppnade dricka. Borde man då inte ändra texten på hemsidan? Sen var poolen kall (17-18grader), kunde inte slappna av. Hög musik och ingenstans att sitta/ligga om man inte ville hyra extremt dyra stolar/sängar. Stort och bra parkeringshus. Men skulle aldrig rekommendera detta hotell. Aldrig varit med om så nonchalant personal, där alla vi träffade var så oserviceminded. Skulle vara hbtq-vänligt. Men kändes som vilket hotell som helst.

Legendariskt hotell! Men ändå fräscht och känns ganska nyrenoverat. Dock fick jag inte samma rum jag bokade online, var lite lat för att orka klaga. Bra ljudisolering.

Fun hotel for younger people
We had travelled from Sweden (on the go for 28 hours), when we arrived they could not find our booking, even though we got a mail from them a few days before offering an uppgrade. We were in check-in for over an hour before we finally got a room, a room in not so good standard, but the hotel was fully booked. All of us had fun and a good time at the hotel. Nice shops and restaurant.

Flamingo Las Vegas i januari
Flamingo är ett gammalt klassiskt Las Vegas hotell. Inte det mest fancy hotell du kan hitta, men rummen var stora och nytenoverade. Så på det hela taget mycket bra om du inte bara vill hänga i hotellet utom på rummet

We stayed on the 5th floor room 35, the restroom needed a door to prevent water from coming out of the shower making the floor slippery. We had to use extra towels on the floor to prevent slips and water damage. Everyone I came across hated the key to access the elevators even staff when inside of them. It makes it really inconvenient using elevators to get ice from the 5th floor as it makes you go for an unwanted ride taking away from your precious time. We recommend a key door to access all elevators.

Excellemt location. Close to the linq and bus stops. Excelkent dining options. Pool was fun and offered family area as its party pool. Room was renovated but was poor quality. Curtians didnt close because they were broken. Wallpaper in bathroom peeling.bed super soft. Stayed on 15th floor. Excellent view. I would recommend this hotel.

While it wasn't the cleanest room, the place was quiet and the resort is in a great spot on the strip. Direct access to the monorail is a plus. The pool is very popular but that can mean it's difficult to access.

The Flamingo is certainly an iconic hotel/casino, and the location (including a convenient monorail stop) is a plus. Our room had a great view, but it was actually not the room we reserved (we reserved a king, got two queens - we were offered the opportunity to change rooms the next day - IE, after we unpacked and slept there one night for a three night stay). Climate control in the room was challenging, and on the day of checkout, we could not get the shower above room temperature. The pool experience was mediocre at best - loud music, drinks overpriced even for Vegas (and you could not bring in drinks purchased elsewhere in the casino, either). Probably the most unsettling - I spilled a cup of water on the carpet and grabbed a hand towel to sop it up. The towel turned a revolting brown/black immediately. Wouldn't say we are sorry we stayed there, but certain we won't stay there again.

We love the location of the Flamingo on the Strip. The room was clean and bed comfortable, but the bathroom really needed some work. Somehow we got a roll in shower which left a puddle inthe floor in front of the sink, had nowhere to put soap (no soap dish), and nowhere to hang a towel within easy reach of the shower. The carpet in the hallway of the 18th floor was all bunched up in the middle and is a trip hazard. It needs to be stretched. We were lucky and got checked in fairly quickly, but saw long lines. A new Cuban restaurant is coming soon which will enhance dining options. We chose to hang out at the family pool as the loud techno music at the GO Pool was not for us. The Flamingo is in need of some updating, but the location is great.

The staff during check in was horrible. Didn’t get the room we paid for, got downgraded and they tried saying it was an “upgrade”. Room was damaged, example the shampoo conditioner holder in shower were smashed and missing contents. When we informed staff they did give us the little shampoos. Plugs had been ripped from the walls and just placed back, hazard for sure. Expedia told us we would owe X amount total for trip, hotel charged more. The location was great though. Close to tons of main attractions.

Smoking in the premises is pretty crappy, people have allergies and the entire hotel smelled of smoke despite rooms being smoke free. Additionally the room itself was sub par. We received an "upgrade" to two twins from a king sized bed and the room was dirty with a shower that couldn't be shut, broken tiles all along the walls, and no ability to not splash water all over the floor due to the door not being slidable or shutable. The shower control was had to use and nearly falling off with no idea of hot vs cold. The fridge was broken and didn't cut on at all. The instructions for key drop off or checking out or in are insufficient. The kiosk didn't work for check in and basically forced me to go back into the gigantic line. The checkout process wasn't readily listed in the room which results in extra calls to the front desk tying up staff or additional questions for staff members along the way. Hire a UX Specialist to improve the flow of the hotel check in/out process to maximize efficiency and enjoyment of your patrons. Simple fixes could save you millions per year and make you even more.
