Easy instructions on how to access the house and was clean upon arrival. Great location: about 10-15 mins to the strip, 5 mins from the outlets, and 3-5 mins to convenience stores. Host was responsive and friendly.

Great time in Vegas!
This property is exactly as it appears on VRBO. Immaculate. Clean and modern. All the rooms are spacious and well appointed. A beautiful backyard with pool and hot tub, chairs, umbrellas, secluded and private. Great location to the strip. 10 minutes tops by Uber and you are being dropped off right in the middle of Vegas. The next time I vacation to Vegas it will be VRBO at this property. Lee was a great host! Thanks for the memories.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY!
This property is immaculate. The photos are good, but the reality is even better. Both inside and outside, the place is in top shape. The kitchen is very well appointed. The spaces are huge. Communication with the owner is prompt and helpful. Cannot say enough about this beautiful home. Highly recommend this place!

Outstanding Property!
This place is amazing! I absolutely rate it as one of the best vacation rentals in which I’ve stayed. Lee is a great host. The home is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip, but still near to get there quickly and engage as much as you want. It’s clean, spacious, and well stocked with amenities. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Very honest host!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The beds are crazy comfy. But what I must share is someone from our group lost a Diamond from her wedding ring and the host looked for it and had cleaning crew look for it, they located it and returned to us.

We enjoyed the family room and kitchen. Bedding was very nice. The proximity to Las Vegas strip as well as Nellis Airforce Base and nearby hiking was all very important to our group and this home worked wonderfully for that. Shopping closeby.

Our Vegas Vacation
Host was very professional, informative, and easy to reach with a sense of humor. The home was very clean, spacious, lovely and luxurious. Our entire party was pleased with the stay, amenities and home overall. My husband thanked me multiple times for choosing this home to stay in for his birthday trip to Vegas. Plenty of necessities provided, comfortable beds, several tv channels, bose Bluetooth speakers throughout for jams. Outdoor area including seating, pool w/waterfall, and spa was splendid! Will recommend and return.

Well Maintained House - Great Location
This house is in a perfect location; a very quiet neighborhood and with quick access to everything (only 15 minutes from airport & 10 minutes from the LV Strip). The house was clean, well stocked and very well maintained. Has everything you need for short or long term stay. The host (Lee) was easy to communicate with. Definitely would stay here again.

Lee Tucker was helpful and an amazing host! The pictures don’t do the residence any justice… everything you need is onsite… if it’s not the area is 1.5 miles from the strip. Amazing is the word to describe the experience ❤️

Perfect Girls Getaway!
Perfect home and set up for a fabulous girls weekend! Gorgeous pool area with beautiful outdoor cooking, lounging and dining spaces. Bedrooms roomy and slept 8 very comfortably. Great location to the Strip! Only 8 minutes drive to the Strip where we parked our big suburban and valet parked to go see shows each evening. Once outside the neighborhood, a little sketchy but felt very safe at the house. Groceries and liquor store very close by. PERFECT four days!!! Thank you Lee! We will be back!

My family and I came to Vegas for a concert and we were able to stay in this beautiful home! Everything was amazing! They had everything we needed and it was a perfect location close to everything! Could not have been better! Our family and friends were in Vegas for a few days and decided to rent a home vs staying in a hotel. What an amazing house. First and most important to us, it was incredibly clean and maintained. The house is located close to the strip and made for an easy commute. Close and huge!
This property was absolutely perfect! Close to the strip for easy access to nightlife and a massive house. We had eight guys on a golf trip with some Covid apprehension and this place made it incredible easy to keep our distance while having a blast. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. We will be coming back for sure.

Unbelievable Find Close to the Strip
The house was truly amazing. Everything about it was beautiful, cool, elegantly modern and set up for an incredible time. The main part of the house was complete with an stunning kitchen, spacious and incredible living area with a pool table, bar and huge living room with huge television, fireplace and plenty of seating. The pool/outdoor area was set up for fun and relaxation for the whole family. The bedrooms were huge with modern with beautiful furniture and clean/spacious bathrooms. The rooms were huge and the adults and kids alike all felt like royalty. This house is a must if you come to Vegas!!!!!

YOU WANT TO STAY HERE
The photos of this property does not do it justice. This House is full of OPEN SPACE and roomy. My Group of Friends are fairly tall and likes a good amount of room and this property give you just that. The sliding DOORS out to the POOL was incredible. we never left the POOL table and the living room was perfect to watch NFL opening games. The Pool Felt amazing and tons of floaties. The ROOMs are massive. I mean the closet space is a room in itself. SO pack as much as you want you have the room. LOVED LOVED LOVED The bathrooms we had no issues with how relaxing this property could be. So much to do surrounding the area. LYFT/UBER rides were to us in 5 minutes time and only 5min drive to the STRIP or Freemont. I would 100% stay here again, it was nice to enjoy a space off the strip. Was PERFECT location to stay. If you are looking for the next best place to enjoy VEGAS. I would say you will not be let down in enjoying the property for 100 other reasons that I failed to mention. The Host was fast in responding. The house was so Clean. We can thank LEE enough for all of the accommodations this house has to offer.

Exquisite Vegas home near Strip!
My family stayed at Scotch Eighty for a long weekend with family members. The home, yard and pool are exquisite! The owner has impeccable taste, which is evident throughout the property. In addition, Lee is very accomodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for something other than staying on the Strip but still very near it. Hoping we'll be back soon!
