Thank you for staying in our property! Happy you found the property clean and inviting. The Nevada desert has a bug that looks very much like a cockroach but is, in fact, a harmless water bug. You will find them around pools, spas, and lakes. They are harmless but do give our visitors from other areas pause. Our homeowner’s association does have plans in place to make improvements in the building and pool areas. This will take time. We hope you found our service and property condition exceptional.
