Absolutely worth it for the location, room amenities such as double sink, fridge, microwave and Jacuzzi. Walk to the strip is manageable but still a bit of a walk. A shuttle to somewhere on or near the strip would be amazing.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in this wonderful room. Having a refrigerator and little kitchen was a definite plus. Comfortable bedding and towels. Our view was nice and appreciated the security within the building. We allowed for a pool day and the Signature Tower 2 pool area was nice and relaxing. Not overly crowded compared to the MGM Grand pools. We will definitely be bringing our own inner tubes next time for the lazy river - no rent -only purchase option. Overall excellent stay and we plan to rent this or other room by this owner again.
