OK stay
The hotel is a super short walk to the strip which was really nice. Unfortunately the room was a bit old/worn out and felt dated. The room was also probably not used for quite some time because of covid and all so it was a bit dusty when we arrived. The cleaning between was also not satisfactory to be honest..

Sängen var för hård och gratis parkering är inte gratis eftersom du förväntas lämna dricks varje gång du tar ut bilen från valetparking. 3-5 U.S. dollar varje gång

Trevligt hotell med brister
Affärsresa. Utkanten av stripen. Fint rum men halvdålig städning. Dörren fastnade och tog 2h att få upp den. Dålig service i samband med detta. Skön säng.

WE do hope you enjoyed our amazing location being connected to MGM Grand which allows you to enjoy one of the largest casino's in the world, dozens of restaurants and lounges and entertainment venue all attached to our all suite hotel.. Rummen vi bodde i var otroligt fina och det finns inte direkt något att klaga på. Frukost utbuden var dock inte så jättebra eller billiga...

Lyxigt o fräscht hotell i schysst läge!
Otroligt fint och fräscht hotell med det mesta man kan önska sig på bottenvåningen med allt från restauranger, shopping o casino. Rummet var stort (86kvm) med sovrum, vardagsrum, kök, 2 toaletter och balkong. Det var förstås väldigt rent med lyxdetaljer i materialet. Det jag har o klaga på är att man inte kunde låsa toaletterna av nån anledning.

Rummet var inte utrustat som utlovat, åtgärder kring detta tog för lång tid. Housekeeping arbetre bara vissa tider. Bristfällig städning, mycket smutsigt på sina ställen, t ex i tvättmaskinsutrymmet. Trasiga glödlampor.

I loved the property how it had everything you needed like plates, cups, and kitchen utensils. The jetted bath tub was amazing. The service was exceptional.

The best thing about this property is if something goes wrong, the valet and security will go above and behind trying to help. The Valet lost my key fob in the rental car and I was going to be charged $500 for a replacement. They offered to pay for the replacement but I had insurance on the rental car that covered the loss of the key. The security team searched and searched doing a wonderful job. Then there was a man that went above and beyond. I think his name was john possibly. Roughly under 6 ft tall, balled, facial hair, super nice man that worked Valet. He made sure we were taken care of during our whole visit since our key was lost. He was super friendly and does his job very well. We were sad that we didn't see him before leaving.

Ça fait 10 ans que je viens a Signature et c’est toujours aussi bien .. le seul bémol c est que ça vieillit et que les chambres sont vieilles et pas renouvelées …. Il manque des ampoules .. les vasques se bouchent… le broyeur fuit … les portes sont sales…la moquette usée jusqu’au bout…

Valet parking closed at 11pm on a Friday night for all towers and this was not communicated at check in. Had to park in mgm self parking and walk 20 minutes back at midnigh and then back again the next morning when we checked out. Very inconvenient.

I stay here often, but the suites for stay by owners are usually pretty dirty! They need more stringent checks from the Signature group to enforce and double check the cleanings!!

My fiance and I stay here every time we go to Las Vegas because its quiet and we are Never disappointed and were always greeted by the front desk with a smile. This time our experience was a little different. There was only one person at the front desk and she did not seem to be happy to be there, no smile and very little eye contact. That wasn't all, when waiting in our room for the bellhop to bring up our luggage, upon receiving our luggage, we thanked the bellhop but we were then asked if there was any other way we could thank him. My fiance and i were shocked at the question. I immediately stated we had just arrived and hadn't gone to an ATM yet....my question is....is this something new that the bellhops are allowed to ask? Then, the next morning we were woken up by someone talking very loud in the hallway and it happened to be housekeeping. We are heavy sleepers and usually sleep through anything but the loudness was a little excessive. We don't like to complain but we thought it may help with any on the job training.This will not deter us from staying here again but hoping its not an ongoing issue since we really love this location!

The Signature is fantastic, near everything and has a monorail station at the MGM which takes you to the entire strip. The only issue we had was the mattress in our room - definitely needs to be replaced. The suites are gorgeous, very spacious. Location and safety are excellent on the property.

Free laundry! Great room with a kitchenette. 2 minute walk from MGM Grand casino without going outside. Free gym and laundry room on 1st floor (bring your own soap).

Very surprised at how the room was overall. Always been very clean and nice. This time not so much. Could tell it had not been vacuumed in some time. Very dusty. Kitchen was not clean. And the bathroom oh my. Dirty sinks toilet barely flushed and mold in the shower. Then on Saturday night we got back and parking for our tower was full so they had us go park at mgm and we had to walk back. Very disappointed in this visit.

The room was ok. Particularly for the price. It did not feel clean. The carpet was stained and should be replaced. The headboard of the bed was worn heavily. Would not stay in this unit again. The price and location/ convenience were great.
