Nice place, convenient parking and entry. Though if you check in at an unusual time of day, there wasn't really a lock box or a way to do a contactless check in. I think that would be a convenient addition. Luckily, when we arrived, there was someone to meet us and give us the key, so we had no issues checking in.
The house was neat enough, but there was a funny smell when we walked in. Pretty strong, it wasn't like a garbage smell or anything like that, maybe more like there just wasn't much air circulation and it needed to be aired out. We bought some air fresheners and just us coming in and out and letting in some fresh air helped a lot. Couch could use some cleaning. Everything else was super convenient. I would have appreciated a new dish sponge though. I didn't want to use a used one.
One thing we had a hard time with was that the door in the bedroom that leads to the backyard creaks and makes loud tapping/squeaking noises intermittently (happens all day, but most noticeable during the night), as though someone was pushing it, or throwing tiny pebbles at the window. After trying to investigate it at 3am, we concluded it's likely just the creaking of the house, but it really disturbed my husband and he could not sleep.
Overall, it served our purpose and it was a pleasant stay. Quite a long way away from the strip, or most shopping areas, but it wasn't an issue for us.
