It’s too bad that you have to be 21 to even sit in the lounge bar. We could not order sodas for our teenagers and drinks for us parents. Also, smoking is allowed around all the slot machines.

Stort klassiskt hotell, underbart poolområde dock med löjligt dyra avgifter och priser för dryck och mat. Akta er för att råka öppna kylen eller röra någon produkt på skrivbordet - avgiften för detta är 50 dollar!

Horrible service on every level. Even after asking for something like “can somebody please send some pillows to our room, we don’t have any) 5 times it’s still never arrived so we had to sleep without pillows for 2 night. Extremely dirty room and it took 30 min for guest service to answer each time we called. Worst hotel experience I ever had after over 10.000 hotel night all over the world for the past 30 yaers! Nothing works in this hotel!

Our stay at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino was amazing. Being our first trip to Las Vegas, all of the hotel staff were extremely helpful in making our experience unforgettable. From the moment we walked into the door, after an unbearable nightmare of a travel day, the staff were courteous and attentive. The front desk staff ironed out all issues that had arose due to our flight being delayed 6 hours. They managed to get us into a room and settled in minimal time. The next morning, we decided to check out the amenities on site. There is so much to check out! Naturally, the wife went to get a Mani/Pedi at the spa, which was something she will never forget. Once the spa treatment was done, we walked down to check out the Shark experience. On the way, a mobile massage station was setup, so we paused for an hour and got a much needed deep tissue rub. The Shark Aquarium was huge, as there are many more aquatic species than just sharks in the tanks. This part was something that we could see the little one enjoying (he stayed home for this trip). We even purchased the photos at the end. Upon walking out of the aquarium, the weather was less than favorable. That being said, we went to check out the shops on the Casino level. We would, with out hesitation, choose to stay at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino for any trip into Las Vegas.

I found it very disappointing when I got to my room and realized that I have to pay to have a cup of coffee. Every other hotel I ever stayed at includes the coffee for free. I will never come back to Mandalay Bay because of that.

Once we were assigned to the room, we noticed there was bugs and that the room wasn’t clean as my mother started to have a rash on her body. Once we notified the front desk, they assigned us to a different room with a 100 dollar voucher for dining. As we went to our new room, we notified them that there was poop at the shower area and we even took pictures to prove it. As we told the workers, they ask the housekeeping staff to clean the room and once they came to the room, they ask us where it is and we showed them. We even notified the converge and even the manager. They asked us what we would want them to do which is totally not to professional because as a manager, that is not something you would ask a customer, but to apologize and see what you can do. Even if you can’t do much, you have to show the customer that you care and that you hear them which is what customer service is all about. We even told the manager that we don’t care about the voucher or anything, but we want is an apology an accountability that they did something wrong. I mean, who would want to stay at a place that has poop at the shower area or finding used cotton swabs at the first room that they assigned us. I definitely wouldn’t recommend people to stay here as the employees have no customer service skills at all and no accountability when they did something wrong which they are willing to argue. Moreover, the rooms are not throughly clean. Please stay somewhere else which you can actually enjoy.

The front desk was very helpful! There was a line to check in but it move very quickly. The person that checked me was very kind and helpful! She made my experience so much better! I asked about parking and she told me the benefits of having the parking pass and how your able to use it at other mgm resorts. Traveling with 2 under 2 was hard but this information helped us so much. We were able to park closer to the strip and walk around and not worry about transportation! By her providing this information made our trip so much better!! And she also gave me pool view for my little one to see! Thank you so much! the only thing we dislike was not having a mini fridge for our drink or snacks.

Too much walking distance to parking and rooms. Older couples have difficulty with the distance and luggage. Need attendants to help with luggage. No directions on how to use the phone in the room. Ours would not connect. Beach area was extremely crowded and it needs more umbrella tables.

The fact that you have to order out to get a cup of coffee or be trapped by the $16.00 per cup sitting in the room which most people assume is the 1 thing that even the cheapest hotel in the world offers as complimentary.

I liked that the hotel was clean and updated, however, the fact that you have to pay extra to use the weights at the gym, or buy a tube to go on the lazy river, seems ridiculous and wasteful.
