All guests hereby agree to the conditions below and fully intend to use the Special Facilities and entire property at their own risk:
đ TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that the guests have or may have in the future against the owner, host, directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the âReleaseesâ) in regards to guests' use of the Special Facilities.
đ TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other costs that guests may suffer or that their next of kin may suffer in connection with guests' use of the Releasees' Special Facilities and its surroundings, to any cause whatsoever, including negligence on the part of the releasees.
