Definitely the Best Unit in the Building
This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I'm in Vegas and don't want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants.

Wonderfull stay
Dear Jean, it was a pleasure to stay in your beautifull and clean apartment. The welcome wine tasted very good and the welcome card was lovely, thanks for this attention. Wonderful area.
Lake Las Vegas is amazing. The view from the condo was magnificent! The condo was so comfortable and included amenities I didn’t expect, like coffee and products to clean clothes etc. Definitely will go back. It was a smooth process and hosts were always available.

PARADISE AT LAKE LAS VEGAS
WE JUST LOVED OUR STAY AT THE PENTHOUSE CASA SUDURNO. FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN THE DOOR WE WERE IN AWE. EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS UNCLUTTED THE DECOR WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE VIEW WAS SO INCREDIBLE THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DISCRIBE TO THE FULLEST HOW BREATH TAKING IT IS. THERE IS A REASON THEY CALL THE BAY REFLECTION BAY. THE SUNSETS REFLECT OFF THE BAY, THEN WHEN ITS DARK ALL THE LIGHTS FROM THE BUILDINGS REFLECT ALSO. WE ATE AT 4 OF THE RESTAURANTS IN THE VILLAGE AND LOVED ALL OF THEM. THE OWNERS ARE SUCH GREAT HOST THEY MADE OUR STAY VERY SPECIAL. THEY ARE QUICK TO RESPOND AND VERY SWEET. IT WAS A PLEASURE BEING THEIR GUEST.

Gorgeous View
Good stay here at this unit. Very comfortable beds and the hosts were great at communication. We had an issue with their TV's/Remotes. Didn't get to use the TV for two days and they helped us try to figure it out. Ultimately, we feel it was an issue with the batteries in the remotes so on our last night we did get to use the TV's by changing the channels the old fashion way on the cable box. Not a big deal at all. I would recommend this unit.

A Perfect Spot
This property is fantastic. Everything was really easy and the spot, the view etc. was amazing. They even had coffee and half and half! I highly recommend this property if you are coming to Lake Las Vegas!

Amazing condo and location

Amazing experience!
There are so many amazing things to say about this VRBO. 1) location was beautiful, quiet and so peaceful. 2) check in process was so seamless and smooth. Jean was so detailed and we had absolutely no issues. 3) the place was so clean, inviting, relaxing, all possible amenities in the Vrbo, comfortable and homey. Just beautiful. 4) location again was perfect. So close to the amenities, restaurants, stores, etc… so convenient. I would absolutely stay there again. Anniversary Getaway
Amazing hidden gem approximately 25 minutes from downtown Las Vegas. Beautiful views of the lake and mountain with in an Italian like community setting. We were impressed with how quiet and not overcrowded the area was as well. Joe and Jean do an excellent job with hosting and maintaining a beautiful condo. We certainly hope to visit again in the future.

Great get away!
Casa Sudano is exactly as advertised. Jean provided updates and great communication from start to finish…definitely one of my best experiences with a host/owner. This place was perfect for us 50-somethings that just wanted some warm sun and a nice pool after exploring and hiking in the area without the world of the Las Vegas strip.

I cannot say enough great things about this property and especially communication with the owner, Jean. My son and I were in town for his lacrosse tournament at Heritage Park (just a ~10 minute drive from this location) and couldn't have been happier with our stay in this condo. Extra clean, super comfortable, with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Beautiful property throughout!! Didn't want to leave!
Wonderful place to stay! The hosts are very attentive. They have great supplies for kitchen and bath so we didn't have to run out and buy stuff. Always quick to respond to questions. The condo and surrounding area are as advertised and better! The little shops and restaurants on the property were great! Mexican Restaurant, Sonrisa, is one of the best we've ever had! Too bad we couldn't stay longer!

This place was not just a nice place to stay, refreshing for our tired bodies, but renewing to the core of our being with the view from the balcony/window since my wife and I are renewed by nature! Picture Perfect!
This is by far the best VRBO I have stayed in. It was very clean and Jean, our host, was so accommodating. Usually the photos always look better than the actual place. This place looked just like the pictures......if not better! Unfortunately my elderly parents couldn't make it at the last minute but I'm hopeful they'll be up to making it there next year. One of the reasons I chose this area was I didn't want to have to rent a car.......there are plenty of restaurants right there in the village and there is even a market called Season's which has reasonable prices. All of these which are only a few minutes walk of the Viera Building! I would definitely book this condo again! Thanks Jean & Joe for everything!

Exceptional Condo
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! We were here for a week and never grew tired of that view. A desert oasis
The condo was an incredible place to finally rest after some long drives and hikes. We had plenty of space and it was so nice to have a fully stocked kitchen to cook some meals. Very quiet community but the little grocery store met all our needs. Saturday evening’s live concert was the perfect end to our vacation. I also can’t say enough about the view. The balcony was the ideal way to start the day with a cup of coffee❤️ Jean and Joe were amazing hosts, even left us a bag of snacks and water in the refrigerator! Thank you!

What a Terrific Experience
We took our 2 13 year old grandsons to Lake LV as part of their birthday adventure. The condo was ideal with the separate bedrooms and spacious living area. They loved the large TV for watching sports at night. The available water sports in the lake were great fun. The rental process was easy, parking was convenient, so our vacation was a success.

Clean and FUN getaway from the Vegas scene
The best way to have fun in a desert - find some water, a great view, and A/C! Casa Sudano is prestine and clean as the best hotels, with all the thoughtful comforts I love of a VRBO. Wonderful, everything was perfect.
The property is as shown on VRBO, no surprises. Everything that we needed was there for us, even a toothbruth/toothpaste courtesy packet. Exceptionally clean and inviting. Great beds for a good night's sleep. A balcony with a view to go out and enjoy morning coffee. Well equipped kitchen with plates-glasses-wine glasses-mugs and salt & pepper and some spices for cooking. Terrific bathrooms with tub and shower separate and lots of towers. Pool towel (4 of them) were available. Both swimming pools are beautiful and clean with plenty of lounger chairs for sunning. Loading and unloading luggage etc. was great. Just drive under the portico at the front door of the complex and get a cart to put everything on for a one trip only experience. That was great. Instructions were given on how to gain entry to the front door and the upstairs condo. Easy, it was all so easy and Jean was the one who made it possible to enjoy a stay that was hassle free and wonderful. Thank you Jean.

The Oasis near Vegas
This was the best stay we had near Vegas. Lake Las Vegas is the nicest community I have seen, with amazing planning. This property has the most convenient location, closer to all amenities. Balcony gets shade most of the time during the day in May. Modern interior is quite charming! Thanks for sharing this wonderful property!

Great Vacation
Everything about this location and property was perfect! We had a change in arrival date due to the Airlines and Jean could not have been more helpful. She even suggested great places to eat and to attend a concert in the park. The view is amazing and we look forward to staying here again in the fall. This is a beautiful place to stay.

Winter Retreat
We had a fantastic experience. The condo was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our time in it. Jean was friendly, helpful, and on top of the entire VRBO process. The location was near biking and hiking. And we drove 30min to spend an evening on the Strip. We plan to return soon.
