Beautiful home
This is an amazing property. It feels like a comfortable home, not just a rental property. Excellent location in a safe neighborhood, close to Summerlin casinos and a short 20 minute drive to the Strip. Mark is an exceptional host, super responsive, as was the property manager, Aaron. Great walking/ hiking areas, farmers markets and awesome restaurants.

Excellent place to stay
We had a great experience. The kitchen cooking utensils were extensive. The stove has a griddle. This house has many of the ammenities that make it feel like a home. The hosts were amazing, as well.

Great Experience
The property was exactly as advertised. Super clean upon check-in and hosts were very responsive to any questions. Nice, cozy kitchen and living room space. We really liked the gas fireplace in the colder January weather. And the hot tub is a nice bonus. Kitchen is super well stocked with all the pots, pans, and tools you could need.

Great stay, convenient location
Our stay here was great. Plenty of room for everyone. House had everything you might need in the kitchen and baths. Host is a great communicator and answered my questions promptly. The yard is lovely and the shaded patio makes for pleasant outside sitting day or night. Our month here flew by quickly and we’d love to come back.

Everything we needed
Over the past 15 years, I have rented several vacation homes, but none of them provided as pleasant a stay as this house did. The owners made us feel welcome and were immediately responsive to all of our inquiries. The home contained all of the basic items, plus numerous lovely touches that added to our comfort and enjoyment. The rooms look exactly as they appear in the photographs.
