VI hade bokat ett rum för fyra på The Palazzo, men då tjejen vid incheckningen såg våra vuxna döttrar tyckte hon att ett rum med bäddsoffa skulle bli för obekvämt för oss, så hon uppgraderade oss till ett större rum på The Venetian. Tack! Ett fantastiskt hotell, som det dock tar ett tag att lära sig hitta på. Det finns genvägar, men räkna med att gå mååånga metrar till ditt rum. Något slitna rum, men stora och lyxiga. Tyckte dock det var märkligt att inte slippers fanns att tillgå på rummet, saknades då man skulle till pooloområdet. Saknade också läsbelysning vid sängen. I övrigt ett toppenhotell, som jag gärna återvänder till.

A good hotel with good expensive restaurants. Very friendly concierge and generally friendly staff. The big disappointment is the limited opening hours for the pool, they close already at 17.00 and only opened at 09.00. In addition, the pool is closed when the wind blows, this is only explained by the fact that they took responsibility for their guests, the wind is currently 8 meters per second, ie nothing

Servicen dålig men ändå ett bra hotell
Stort och fint rum , städning kom först på kvällen kl 18 . Fick inte tillgång till rummet förrän kl 18 . Så incheckningen var under all kritik…. Skulle nog ändå kunna tänka mig att bo här igen ..

We had an excellence day at this hotel. Many dining options and excellent cuisine. We also got to enjoy the outdoor pools and the Club Lounge was very comfortable. The staff was welcoming.

First time staying in Las Vegas and couldn’t be more happy with The Pallazo as a choice for our stay. Our room was big and beautiful, we also had the Prestige lounge access which was an incredible value. We would stay again if we go.

check in was not easy and I was charged beyond what I was told. Asked about VIP and was told I would get free internet. Was then charged anyway. Cray experience after staying 10 times previously. Won't stay @Venetian or Palazzo again.

Our room was incredible. View of Trump Tower, we all can’t get the Sphere. After settling in I started to notice the good and not so good. Carpet not meeting up to the molding. Lamps dusty, bathroom baseboards not cleaned. Overall, a good experience. Casino was clean and fun, shops with Venetian incredible, service impeccable.

We have stayed at the Venetian and Palazzo on 3 occasions. It is a beautiful resort/casino but this time it was not as 5 star as our previous stays. Our suite was dusty, the windows smeared and never cleaned. I did after 2 days dust it myself. Trying to get a sun lounger in the morning for a swim and a bit of morning sun was difficult due to the "reserve your lounger" cost $75. All the loungers in the sun were reserved, even though no one used then until 12.00 which meant you had to lie in the shade or be very lucky and get an unreserved one, which there were 4 only. I truly feel that the resort fee you have to pay should entitle you to a FREE sunbed. It should be first come, first served. For us we were disappointed that the 5 star resort didn't meet our expectations.

First time staying at the Venetian did not disappoint. Our suite was in the Palazzo Tower with a view of the Sphere. Suites were spacious and very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - will be back.

After 16 years of going to Vegas and never staying at the same property twice, we finally found the hotel that clicks every button. Beauty, convenience, no drunken 20-somethings, friendly and helpful staff...the list goes on and on. The casino is so very well arranged, and the room was top-notch. The location is central to other properties we enjoy visiting, and being located at an intersection made travel a breeze. The dining options abound and are within easy walking distance. We will be staying at the Palazzo for years to come.

Property has all the amenities and restaurants that I personally would just need. There is no need for me to step far away from that property to have a good time. Staff service is excellent as always. The room itself could have been a bit more cleaner when I checked in and it begins to show signs of wear and tear. However the overall property is excellent and will make plans to return

The check in was horrible! I booked and checked in online went to desk upon arrival was told anywhere between 3pm and 6pm we would be alerted of room readiness We finally went to front desk at 6:45 to be told “oh it’s been ready for awhile” WHY DID KO ONE CONTACT US!! less than 15 hours to enjoy the hotel?!? Swimming pool etc not acceptable
